It's been seven years since Norah Jones burst onto the music scene with her debut album and mega-hit "Don't Know Why," and the talented chanteuse has continued to make beautiful, jazzy music (and one movie, which we'll just forget about) ever since.
Her latest album is The Fall, which comes out Nov. 17, and I'm already entranced by the soft, haunting "Light as a Feather."

Ryan Adams's new album Cardinology, won't hit record stores until next week (Oct. 28), but he threw his fans and curious music lovers a bone by streaming the entire thing for free for 48 hours (starting yesterday) via iLike here.
It's been a year since we heard new music from this prolific songwriter and I'm pleased to report that this Ryan Adams album delivers the goods and offers up something for everyone.

Ryan Adams is one of those love-him-or-hate-him artists, and I tend to go both ways, depending on what the insanely prolific singer-songwriter is doing at any particular moment. I find some of his rock-oriented albums annoying, but I dug a lot of the songs on the country-leaning Jacksonville City Nights.
Tomorrow, Adams releases his eighth solo album, Easy Tiger, which you can now stream in its entirety online.

It's Vegas week on So You Think You Can Dance, which means that the contestants who've gotten a ticket to Nevada get evaluated again before they get to go to LA.
All of the judges are on hand to watch the dancers try out different dance styles out of their comfort zones to see if they can be put through in the competition, and the high stakes mean the dancing is rigorous. It's stressful just watching talented people struggle with different dance genres, and many don't make it.
