As we've mentioned, it's wedding planning mania here on the Sugar Network, and throughout the week, I'll be sharing some of my favorite wedding moments from television.

The few times I watched "Rules of Engagement," Patrick Warburton's deadpan one-liners were the best part of the show, and this clip is no exception. In it, recently engaged Adam gushes to Warburton's character, Jeff, that marriage is going to be great. His fiancee has registered for a cake plate, he says; therefore, marriage = cake! TV Tonight: "Rules of Engagement"

If you watched the Super Bowl on Sunday, you probably caught some of promos for the new CBS sitcom, "Rules of Engagement." (Wow, they found stars David Spade, Oliver Hudson, and Patrick Warburton sitting together in the crowd? What are the chances?) The Adam Sandler-produced comedy premieres tonight, temporarily knocking "The New Adventures of Old Christine" off the Monday schedule.

It doesn't sound like anything new to me - how many times have we seen a sitcom with the single guy, the engaged-and-panicking guy, and the married-and-miserable guy? I also hit my lifetime David Spade quota about five years ago. Warburton looks to have some great one-liners, but it will take a lot of convincing to get me to check this one out. What about you? Uh Oh! Watch Out For These 12 IRS Audit Red Flags

The IRS audits only slightly more than 1% of all individual tax returns annually. The agency doesn't have enough personnel and resources to examine each and every tax return filed during a year. So the odds are pretty low that your return will be picked for review. And, of course, the only reason filers should worry about an audit is if they are fudging on their taxes.

However, the chances of being audited or otherwise hearing from the IRS increase depending upon various factors, including your income level, whether you omitted income, the types of deductions or losses you claimed, the business in which you're engaged and whether you own foreign assets. Math errors may draw IRS inquiry, but they'll rarely lead to a full-blown exam. Although there's no sure way to avoid an IRS audit, you should be aware of red flags that could increase your chances of drawing unwanted attention from the IRS.

1. Making too much money

Although the overall individual audit rate is about 1.11%, the odds increase dramatically for higher-income filers. IRS statistics show that people with incomes of $200,000 or higher had an audit rate of 3.93%, or one out of slightly more than every 25 returns. Report $1 million or more of income? There's a one-in-eight chance your return will be audited. The audit rate drops significantly for filers making less than $200,000: Only 1.02% of such returns were audited during 2011, and the vast majority of these exams were conducted by mail. We're not saying you should try to make less money - everyone wants to be a millionaire. Just understand that the more income shown on your return, the more likely it is that you'll be hearing from the IRS.

Authority isn't always linked to age; you can learn to communicate a sense of power no matter how old you are, what you look like, or which title you hold. Credibility is a crucial key to getting ahead, so learn to convey your competence by following these seven constructive tips.

Know your stuff. The best way to gain respect is to become an information junkie. People look up to those who are intelligent and well-informed, so stay on top of trends in your field and make a conscious effort to master your trade. Also, be sure to engage in thoughtful conversations about other topics, too - the most intriguing people are the ones who have a range of interests.
Dress for success. "Dress for the position you want, not for the position you have" - it's well-known advice, and rightly so. Your appearance plays a large part in how others perceive you, so it's important to choose clothing that's practical, professional, and on the conservative side.
Stay focused and on schedule. Be punctual and remember to keep business conversations on topic. For instance, don't let meetings veer toward small talk and speak up if the group isn't on task. When it's your turn to speak, carefully think through your decisions and voice clear, definite opinions - when you talk through your decision-making process aloud, you seem unsure and unprepared.
