Every Wednesday on BuzzSugar, I post a Recast challenge, where I ask you to choose new actors for a classic TV show or movie. The reader who submits the best cast wins a BuzzSugar t-shirt!

There are tons of young actors to choose from for this week's recast challenge of Reality Bites, and it was interesting to see the combinations you all came up with. I love the idea of Thora Birch for Lelaina, as bart simpson suggested, and many of you put down America Ferrera as Vickie - another great choice.

alynn's idea of Devon Gummersall playing Michael made me nostalgic for Brian Krakow - and I also think he'd make a great Michael. Deidre's idea of Joseph Cross (Running with Scissors) as Sammy Gray is totally perfect, and finally, klugea's suggestion of Justin Bobby from The Hills playing Troy made me laugh out loud.

3 So-Called Healthy Foods That Aren't

We are excited to share one of our fave stories from Shape by Cynthia Sass, MPH, RD, here on FitSugar.

This morning I visited The Early Show to talk to host Erica Hill about healthy imposters - selections that seem nutritionally superior, but really, not so much! Here are a few examples:

Veggie Sticks or Puffed Veggie Snacks

They may look like dried veggies but the first ingredient in many of these snacks is potato flour with veggies far lower in the ingredient list (which means they make up a smaller percentage of each bite). They also tend to have more sodium - up to twice as much - and you only save about 30 calories and 3 g of fat per serving compared to their traditional counterparts. Stick with good old fashioned potato chips, as long as the only ingredients are potatoes, pure vegetable oil, and salt. They're much more natural and potatoes are a good source of potassium and antioxidants. 

Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

 Reduced fat PB can pack the exact same number of calories per serving and usually more sugar than regular PB. That's because they aren't able to take the fat out, so they have to add sugar or carbs to displace the fat content. Plus, the fat in peanut butter is "good" heart healthy monounsaturated fat (or MUFAs), which has been shown to reduce belly fat. Stay true to all natural regular PB or other natural nut butters, like almond, cashew, pecan, etc.

Heidi Klum Goes Topless in Glamour to Talk Sex With Seal and Project Runway

Heidi Klum is on the cover of Glamour's August issue and poses sans shirt inside the fashion glossy. Project Runway's ninth season premiere is right around the corner, and Heidi was just in NYC to tape the first episode with special guest Kim Kardashian and fellow judges Michael Kors, Tim Gunn, and Nina Garcia. Heidi reflected on her life on and off the catwalk in the magazine. She opened up about her husband, Seal, her personal style, and why she has no problem saying "auf wiedersehen" to contestants on her hit reality show. She said:

On whether she's become a tougher judge over the years: "I don't think so. But I do think that I'm more comfortable now than I was during the first few seasons. Now I'm more at ease. I see the designers and start singing this song [snapping along], 'Another one bites the dust . . .' I have more fun with it now."
On keeping things sexy with Seal: "There's nothing wrong with a nice garter belt. I'm not saying you have to put a pole up in your bedroom and start swinging off the rafters. But I love that sometimes! My husband and I just had a 'sexy week' in London. I'd put on a super-short skirt with a garter belt on underneath so that when I'd sit, he could see it. It's fun to sauce it up a little bit."
On her biggest style regret: "I can't think of one that I hated. It always worked in that time and that moment. It's the same with hairdos. When I was younger, I had a perm, and it was really big. My mom was a hairdresser, so even my dad had a perm! I looked like a poodle, but it was cool at the time."

Audrina Patridge Celebrates Memorial Day Bikini Style South of the Border

Audrina Patridge was in a blue bikini yesterday to join friends at a beach in Cabo. She's in Mexico after launching her new reality show, Audrina, back in the US. She was also in her two-piece last month to celebrate her birthday in Las Vegas, where her on-again boyfriend, Corey Bohan, was by her side. Corey didn't accompany her on the latest getaway, but Audrina sent him a tweet saying she wished he was also in Mexico. She also wrote to share one complaint about her time in paradise, as she's already received seven irritating bug bites.
