Scarlett Johansson stepped out of The Plaza in NYC on the arm of Manhattan borough president Scott Stringer yesterday. She hosted a fundraiser for the potential mayoral candidate at the hotel and then moved to the Jane Ballroom in the West Village for another event in his honor.
