White bread has pretty much become bad-for-you public enemy number one; who doesn't automatically order their turkey and Swiss on whole wheat? The reason, of course, is that white bread is processed - it's had all of its goodness stripped away, leaving a soft, squishy slice that was all the rage in the last century. But even if you're a whole-wheat convert, other processed carbs may be finding their way into your diet, many with more than an entire day's worth of recommended carbohydrates.

Your first line of defense is to opt for whole foods that are as close as possible to their original source, says Manual Villacorta, RD, author of Eating Free: The Carb Friendly Way to Lose Inches. And as always, managing portion sizes is key. Otherwise, here are eight bad carbs that may be sneaking into your diet, even if you've sworn off the white slices forever.

For the second year in a row, the Recording Academy has given a hip-hop artist the most Grammy nominations. Last year, it was rapper Eminem with eight, and this year, Kanye West leads the nominees with seven chances at the golden gramophone, including a song of the year nod for "All of the Lights." West is also nominated twice in the rap album of the year category for his collaboration with Jay-Z on Watch the Throne and his own album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Brit crooner Adele wasn't far behind Kanye, picking up six nominations for her album 21, as well as a shot at song of the year with "Rolling in the Deep."

Bruno Mars also did well, racking up six nominations (that's down one from last year for those keeping track), while newcomers like Nicki Minaj and dubstep artist Skrillex are up for the best new artist category. Carey Mulligan Talks Kissing Johnny Depp and Dancing With Leonardo DiCaprio

Johnny Depp and Carey Mulligan both made appearances on The Graham Norton Show in London yesterday. Ricky Gervais was also a guest for the star-studded taping of the popular UK talk show that will air today. Johnny sat down to chat about The Rum Diary, which opened in the US last week, while Carey took a break from filming The Great Gatsby for the interview. Carey opened up about her kissing scenes with Johnny in 2009's Public Enemies and said they were cut from the movie because she looked too uncomfortable. She also shared that her nervousness has continued on set with Leonardo DiCaprio, whom she stars opposite in Gatsby, saying, "I grew up watching everything he's ever done and it's difficult as I have to hide my inner fan when I am around him, it's terrible." Carey added that Leo "claims not to be able to dance when we do a dancing scene and I have to hide the fact that I know he can because I saw him dance in Titanic."

LeeLee Sobieski's Laid Back Pregnancy

Here's a twist on pregnancy cravings: LeeLee Sobieski is eating less, not more, ice cream now that she's sporting a baby bump. The young actress, most recently seen alongside Johnny Depp in Public Enemies, tells Us magazine that she's craving stomach-soothing ginger and kid-friendly comfort foods like macaroni and cheese.

Though soul-satisfying, comfort foods are not known for their health benefits. To keep healthy while chowing down, Sobieski still meets with her personal trainer and also takes "nice long walks along the Hudson River." More than anything she's choosing to lay low during her pregnancy by staying relaxed and enjoying the feeling of being "so in love."

I love celebrities who stay uber-fit when pregnant, but I think Sobieski's idea of laying back creates a nice balance of fitness and wellness. And let's face it, there's no better reason than pregnancy to give into cravings like macaroni and cheese!
