TV Tonight: Jennifer Aniston on 30 Rock

Jennifer Aniston's had a pretty big week, what with that Vogue cover and interview with her comments about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. It's good timing, then, that she heads to 30 Rock tonight as the latest in that show's long list of high-profile guest stars.

Aniston, back on TV for the first time since her quick appearance on Dirt, plays Claire Harper, a Fatal Attraction-esque stalker who randomly turns up in New York and takes quite a shine to Jack. Liz tries to warn Jack about Claire's freakish ways, but that doesn't stop Claire from serenading Jack with a Marilyn Monroe-style rendition of "Happy Birthday" to him (and it's not even his birthday!) and going a little crazy in his house.

Aniston's not the only guest star on tonight's episode; for some reason, the cast of Night Court is also around. David Beckham Takes His Seat Courtside at the Lakers With Scott Disick

David Beckham was courtside last night to watch as the two LA basketball teams battled it out on the court. The Lakers ended up beating the Clippers, and judging from David's happy faces, he was pleased with the result. David sat next to Kourtney Kardashian's boyfriend, Scott Disick, throughout the match. Afterward, the guys shook hands and parted with their respective friends. David had his latest sporty outing after recently hitting the field with the Galaxy. He renewed his deal with the soccer team, and we can look forward to a couple more years of David in his jersey. Victoria, meanwhile, is focusing on outfits of her own. She's prepping for not one, but two shows during the upcoming New York Fashion Week. She's storing up energy with the help of a new snack. Victoria tweeted about kale, writing, "I'm addicted to kale! Wash, break into small pieces, sprinkle a little salt and roast - it's so good and amazing for you!"

We spoke to her trainer Gunnar Peterson (whose clients have also included Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and Angelina Jolie), to learn more about how Sofia gets award-season ready. Make it fun: How does Gunnar keep his celebrity clients sticking to their routine? "I try to keep it fun. I try and put a little bit of levity in it, but at the same time, I don’t sacrifice the work. We may goof around and stuff, but we’re definitely going to goof around while we’re working." A boring workout is one you won't want to stick to, so read our tips on how to keep a workout fun.

Whole-body workout: Gunnar doesn't like to waste time with isolated moves. Burn more calories and work more of your body at the same time instead. "I don’t do that many isolation movements, like single joint stuff," Gunnar says. "I do bigger movements. If we’re going to do a lunge, we’re probably going to add an upper body component to it, like a lunge with a wood chop, a side lunge with a wood chop, or a rear lunge with a lateral raise, or a forward lunge with a front raise." Tips and Tricks For Avoiding Weekend Weight Gain

When Friday rolls around, my weekend begins. I often celebrate by having friends come over for dinner or meeting them for a bite to eat. It's a great way to unwind from the busy week, but constantly letting loose on the weekends also means you might need to buy looser pants! Here are some tips for enjoying the weekend without derailing your diet.

Weigh yourself twice a week - either Friday and Monday a.m. or Thursday and Monday a.m. There's nothing better to keep you on track than knowing that you have to face the scale come Monday morning.
Eat healthy throughout the day if you know you'll be splurging at night. Focus on eating meals that are packed with fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins. Then you can feel good about going overboard for dinner.
Don't starve yourself to save calories for later. It'll not only mess up your metabolism, but by dinner time, that famished feeling will likely cause you to eat more than you would if you weren't starving.
Have a healthy snack before heading to a big brunch or dinner. It'll take the edge off your hunger.
Know what you're going to order before you go out to eat. That way you're less tempted by the plethora of choices.
Limit the martinis and cosmos. Alcohol is a diet double-whammy; it’s not only rich in calories itself, but it also reduces inhibitions and increases appetite. So stick to the one-drink-a-day rule.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were side by side on their way into the American Music Awards in LA this evening. They arrived in an old-fashioned car and shared a few kisses as they posed on the red carpet. Selena showed skin in a daring cutout gown, and Justin went with a classic tuxedo. He's nominated for favorite male artist tonight and is also performing at this year's show, while Selena will take the stage as a presenter. Justin rehearsed for the AMAs with Selena yesterday, and the duo were apparently quite cuddly in between takes. It's a fun night for the couple, who have recently been dealing with Justin's paternity scandal, which is reportedly now being handled out of court.

Kate Moss was back on the runway this morning to walk in the Spring 2012 Louis Vuitton show. She also took to the catwalk for her longtime friend Marc Jacobs last season when she memorably strutted her stuff while smoking a cigarette. Many famous faces were on hand to see Kate's latest turn and Marc's new designs. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden popped over to France after spending a weekend in London. Rachel Zoe, Anna Wintour, Uma Thurman, Alexa Chung, and Olivia Wilde were also there. Nicole was evidently impressed to see iconic Kate in the flesh. She tweeted, "Watching Kate Moss close the Louis Vuitton show just killed me." Kate's relationship with Marc and Louis Vuitton was cemented when she inked a deal with their parent company LVMH's Fred jewelry brand. In fact, Kate held a reception for friends at the Ritz hotel last night to celebrate the launch of her new necklaces, rings, and bracelets. Her husband, Jamie Hince, wasn't able to attend, but Kate held court with other pals like Christian Louboutin, Lou Doillon, and Gareth Pugh.

"The nightmare is over," explained Deana Knox, after an Italian jury decided to overturn her sister Amanda Knox's murder conviction today. The bad dream continues for the family of the victim, Meredith Kercher, but after a generally shady legal drama filled with shaky evidence and sensational statements made in the press and the courtroom, many onlookers believe justice has finally been served for 24-year-old Amanda Knox and her former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito. The pair will be free to leave prison now, after spending four years behind bars for Meredith's murder. As the bizarre case continues to capture the attention of people around the world, here are some of the details you might want to know.

Who was the victim? "Meredith has been completely forgotten in all of this," the sister of the victim lamented at a press conference before today's verdict. On the night she died, 21-year-old English exchange student Meredith Kercher had decided to watch The Notebook and eat pizza with her English friends before heading home. Known to those close to her as "Mez," Meredith's family described her as "a lovely, intelligent person," and she had earned a degree in European studies.
Why Foxy Knoxy? Many murders happen every day without catching the attention of international media. Amanda Knox's youthful good looks brought her the tabloid nickname "Foxy Knoxy" (originally given to her for her sly performance on the soccer field) and many strong opinions based not on the evidence, but the public's perception of her.
Was she Jessica Rabbit or a she-devil? It's not just the press who paid attention to Amanda's looks. In court she's been called a "she-devil," a "witch," and a "femme fatale" by the prosecution, and her attorney called her an "angel face" similar to Jessica Rabbit. He said, "Jessica Rabbit looks like a man-eater, but she is a faithful and loving woman," he continued, she "is not bad, she's just drawn that way."
Who is Rudy Guede? Following the murder, Ivory Coast immigrant Rudy Guede, an acquaintance of Meredith, fled Italy. His fingerprints and DNA were found in Meredith's room and on her body, and he was convicted of the murder and sexual assault after being granted a fast-track trial. He originally said he had sex with Meredith and then came out of the bathroom to find a strange man standing over her with a knife, but later changed his story to fit the prosecution's, saying it was Raffaele and Amanda participating in a sex game gone wrong. He is now serving his prison sentence, and some protesters outside the courthouse today chanted, "Shame, shame. They condemned the black man."
What about the dark sex games? The prosecution alleged that Amanda and Raffaele killed Meredith in a drug-induced orgy, and the fact that Meredith dressed as a vampire the night before her death - as it was Halloween - fueled rumors that Amanda had a thing for witchcraft. In fact, the prosecutor in Amanda's case, Giuliano Mignini, had used this reasoning before, reopening a previous murder investigation on the theory that the killer was a satanist from a cult.
How was her sexual history used against her? Much was made of the fact that Meredith had become upset with Amanda for leaving a sex toy around their flat. There were also mentions in the press of Amanda's "visible cold sores" on her lips. And when she went out with Raffaele to buy underwear after being locked out of her crime-scene flat, it was considered an insensitive reaction to the murder. Footage of them shopping for the thong underwear, recorded by the store's cameras, was played across the TV and Internet. Amanda's sexuality was meant to somehow prove her guilt.
