She wrote her acceptance speech on her arm, and it turned out she had a lot of chances to say thank you – her catchy single "1234" won best song, and she also picked up gongs in the Album, Artist, Songwriter and Pop Album categories. </p> <p><span class="inline left"></span></p> <p>Meanwhile Emily Blunt's other half <a href="http://uk.popsugar.com/gallery/506474?page=0,0,0" >Michael Bublé</a> picked up the fan choice award, and <a href="http://uk.popsugar.com/gallery/506474?page=0,2,0" >Avril Lavigne</a> also showed up to perform at the event.
