After all, this is the label that brought us <a href="http://www.gnarlsbarkley.com/" target="_blank">Gnarls Barkley</a> and "Crazy," so we know Downtown has a knack for turning ultra-catchy songs into ubiquitous hits. </p> <p>Kevin Michael is a 22-year-old R&amp;B singer from Philly who takes his cues from Wyclef Jean and Stevie Wonder.
