If you're wondering whether Lipstick Jungle or Knight Rider will earn a spot on your Fall TV viewing schedule, you won't have to wait till their TV premieres next week to find out. Both shows are premiering online today as part of an NBC plan to get shows into online viewers' hands early.
Lipstick and Knight Rider are just two of the shows NBC is premiering this way; Chuck, Life, and 30 Rock will also be up on NBC's website a week before their premiere dates.

The revamped, modernized version of Knight Rider premiered on NBC last night as a two-hour movie — though the expectation is that if the movie gets good ratings, it could set up a new Knight Rider series. Personally, I was more excited about the project back when Will Arnett was still the voice of KITT, but hey, what can you do?
Most of you weren't too excited back when we first heard about this project, but I'm wondering if curiosity got the best of you last night.

For one of the first times since the writers' strike began, I'm actually having trouble deciding what to watch on TV tonight. NBC has the season finale of American Gladiators and the premiere of the Knight Rider movie (and possible series), while ABC has the final pre-strike episode of Brothers and Sisters. Meanwhile, CBS has the premiere of its cleaned-up version of Dexter, and Fox has new episodes of all of its animated shows.
