I've told you about artist to watch Kevin Michael, a very talented R&B singer and the latest discovery from the label that brought us Gnarls Barkley. Now, I've teamed up with the label, Downtown Records, for a special BuzzSugar giveaway: One lucky winner will win a specially pressed copy of Kevin's debut EP Ya Dig? Drawing inspiration from Wyclef Jean and Stevie Wonder, Ya Dig? features the addictive lead single "We All Want the Same Thing" featuring Lupe Fiasco. It's insanely catchy - so much so that I think this guy is gonna be huge. Artist to Watch: Kevin Michael Kills On "We All Want the Same Thing"

Every record label hopes its latest discovery will be the next big thing. But Downtown Records might be right about Kevin Michael. After all, this is the label that brought us Gnarls Barkley and "Crazy," so we know Downtown has a knack for turning ultra-catchy songs into ubiquitous hits.

Kevin Michael is a 22-year-old R&B singer from Philly who takes his cues from Wyclef Jean and Stevie Wonder. He just released his first EP, Ya Dig?, on iTunes, complete with an addictive lead single called "We All Want the Same Thing" featuring Lupe Fiasco. It's been stuck in my head, happily, for days. Kevin's debut album won't hit stores until August, but another one of his songs will be featured in an upcoming episode of "Entourage." The stars of X-Men: First Class rolled up to their premiere at NYC's Ziegfeld Theatre last night in a collection of vintage cars, perfect for the blockbuster set back in the '60s. Leading men Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy were dapper on the carpet following a long day of work at their press junket - stay tuned next week for our chat with the guys! January Jones covered up her baby bump in a blue and black Preen dress while Zoe Kravitz supported her longtime pal Alexander Wang in a gray velvet maxi. The cast was rounded out by Rose Byrne, Lucas Till, and Kevin Bacon, who fit a stop by The Late Show between afternoon interviews at the evening's screening. Rumored couple Zoe Kravitz and Michael Fassbender kept their distance on the carpet, posting with their many costars in between. The movie actually brought together another duo, since Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult are apparently dating now, too! Jennifer and Nicholas, though, weren't able to attend yesterday's event. The X-Men family connections keep coming, with Zoe's dad Lenny now set to star in The Hunger Games with Jennifer.

8 Reasons You Need a Roth IRA Now

In fact, the Roth IRA is such an important retirement investment tool that it now has its own holiday. On March 27, Jeff Rose, financial planner and GoodFinancialCents.com blogger, hosted an online event, the Roth IRA Movement, which he plans to make an annual celebration. He rallied 145 other personal-finance writers to spread the good word about the star savings account and inspire rookie investors to open their own accounts. "Overall, the turnout was awesome," says Rose. "Several people have already e-mailed me and said that someone they know opened a Roth IRA because of reading a post about it."

Here are some of our favorite lessons to take away from the inaugural Roth IRA Movement:

1. You can open a Roth no matter how young you are, as long as you have earned income. Peter Anderson points out in his Roth IRA Movement contribution, 10 Reasons Why I Love the Roth IRA (And Why You Should Too): "There isn't an age limit to have a Roth IRA, so even your children can have one!" They can, that is, as soon as they make money working, whether it be babysitting, lawn mowing, working retail or whatever.

And it's super-easy to open a Roth through your bank. Or you can try one of Kiplinger's favorite online brokers. TD Ameritrade requires no minimum initial investment and charges no maintenance fees. For your application, you'll just need your Social Security number, your employer's name and address, your checking or savings account number and bank routing number (if you want to fund the Roth IRA electronically), and your beneficiary's address and Social Security number.

The 2012 BAFTA Awards were a glamorous affair in London today. Best actress nominee Michelle Williams led the pack in a gorgeous H&M bespoke gown while Christina Hendricks, who is presenting, chose a one-shoulder black L'Wren Scott. The Help's Viola Davis brought a pop of color in a pink Valentino, and presenter Penelope Cruz followed suit in strapless red Armani Prive. Kristen Wiig, up for best screenplay for Bridesmaids, chose white, as did We Need to Talk About Kevin's Tilda Swinton. Jessica Chastain made her latest award season appearance in a metallic Oscar de la Renta gown and Harry Winston jewels, and Meryl Streep went with Vivienne Westwood for the big night. Elsa Pataky covered her baby bump in navy as she posed alongside husband Chris Hemsworth, who is nominated for a rising star honor. Emma, Keira, and Michael Step Out For a Star-Studded National Board of Review Gala

George Clooney attended the National Board of Review Awards gala with girlfriend Stacy Keibler last night at NYC's Cipriani 42nd Street. Many other stars went out for the Big Apple event as well, include a Nina Ricci-wearing Keira Knightley and Emma Stone in J. Mendel.

George was on hand to pick up a best actor statue for The Descendants, and his leading lady, a L'Wren Scott-clad Shailene Woodley took home best supporting actress. We Need to Talk About Kevin's Tilda Swinton wore Haider Ackermann to accept best actress, and Emma Stone joined costars Octavia Spencer, Jessica Chastain, and Viola Davis onstage to collect their best ensemble film statue for The Help. Hugo, meanwhile, was crowned best movie. Michael Fassbender, who looked great in his suit, won a special spotlight award for the many films he starred in last year.
