2007 Kids Choice Awards: Who the Kids Chose

I remember when the Kids Choice Awards debuted in 1987, but Nickelodeon's big event is still going strong with the green slime. This year's awards were held Saturday night in Los Angeles and hosted by Justin Timberlake, proving that the KCAs are without a doubt a major Hollywood happening.

The show is also becoming a valuable place for actors to promote summer kids' movies. As TMNT and Harry Potter have proven, we should never underestimate the buying power of tweens and teens. Like her sister Nicky, Paris Hilton opted for a lighter color palette via an ivory lace minidress and matching satin pumps for the KCA's. The sunnies on the orange carpet were a fun touch, and when we zoomed-in on her face, we spied dark eyeliner, brown eyeshadow, and a neutral lip gloss.
