It may be hard to top hot dog eating contests and faux pregnancies, but the networks are going to have to find a way to come up with more clever pregnancy fodder to inject into their story lines with the number of network ladies firing up buns in their ovens. ABC has quite a few expectant mamas in its lineup while NBC, CBS, and Lifetime aren't too far behind in the baby bump race. Tiffani Thiessen plans to put parenthood on hold since she's signed on to a new show, but she may find inspiration in these fuller tummied leading ladies.

Meet the Housemates of Big Brother's Winter Edition

Starting next week, we'll get to see how CBS' steamy summer reality hit, Big Brother, fares during the colder months. The ninth edition of the show, which kicks off on Tuesday, Feb. 12, brings us 16 new contestants to eavesdrop on several times a week.

Of course, it wouldn't be Big Brother without a twist: This time, all 16 contestants are single, and when they arrive in the house, they'll be paired up with a pre-selected "soul mate" who will be their partner throughout the game's many twists and schemes - love connection or not. They even have to sleep in the same bed, which just seems wrong to me, though I guess the whole idea of living in a house with strangers under 24-hour surveillance seems a little wrong to me, too.

The show will take over three spots on the CBS schedule: 9 p.m. Tuesdays and 8 p.m. Wednesdays and Sundays, with Wednesdays being the weekly eviction broadcast. The 24-hour live feeds will be available again this round, too, if you're into that.

Six-year-old Eden Wood has retired from life as a beauty queen to focus on her music career. While on tour, the Toddlers & Tiaras alumna stopped by The View to perform her new single, "Cutie Patootie." Her mom hopes it will bring Eden closer to Miley Cyrus status. The women of The View had much more patience for Eden compared to the hosts of The Talk last week; Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, and Leah Remini couldn't hold back looks of disapproval while watching Eden's performance on their show. To be fair, it looks like her mom toned down Eden's hair and makeup for Barbara Walters. Watch Eden sing and her mom defend it all.
