Would You Buy Tickets to a Jackson 5 Reunion Show?

Apparently, Jermaine Jackson recently told BBC6Music that the Jackson family would like to reunite the Jackson 5 for a tour in 2008. He goes on to insist that Michael "will be involved" in some way, though details are murky (as is this piece of information in general).

If this turns out to be true, would you be buy tickets if the Jackson 5 reunion tour comes to your neck of the woods?

We've always wanted to take a stab at rolling out a few Natchitoches meat pies. Thanks to an easy recipe from Food Orleans, this might be a dream realized sooner rather than later.

Natchitoches meat pies are one of those special little treats with a name as fun to say as they are to scarf down. Nackadish - that's how you say it - is a small town we drive through on our way north to visit Alexandria or Oklahoma, and it's where Steel Magnolias was filmed, and it's famous for these little pies. It's a beautiful little place, with a picturesque riverfront lined with shops and restaurants that have their own sort of French Quarter-ish wrought iron balconies (remember the Easter scene where Jackson slapped Ouiser? That's the riverfront!). But you don't have to go into the actual town to get yourself some meat pies; just stop at any gas station right off I-10. They all fry them up and they're all pretty wonderful.

Glee-ful Highlights From Episode "Michael"

When I heard that Glee was performing a Michael Jackson tribute, I basically starting moonwalking across the floor, but the episode didn't quite live up to my expectations. I definitely appreciated the effort, and there were absolutely some standout performances, but I would have loved more Jackson 5 or old-school Michael disco tunes.

With so many songs crammed in, there's very little in the way of plot here. Basically, the entire episode is about the rivalry between the New Directions and the Warblers, and Sebastian emerges as the show's new villain when he hits Blaine with a jacked-up slushie. Hot apple millet: One cup of cooked millet (2.3 g) mixed with unsweetened applesauce (2.9 g, one small chopped apple (3.6 g), and five walnuts (1.4 g): 10.2 grams of fiber
Cinnamon raisin almond butter buckwheat: One cup of cooked buckwheat groats (4.5 g) mixed with one ounce raisins (about 50, 1 g), two tablespoons almond butter (4 g), and one teaspoon ground cinnamon (1.2 g): 10.5 grams of fiber
Banana hot cereal: Quarter cup of uncooked Bob's Red Mill Mighty Tasty GF Hot Cereal (4 g) mixed with one tablespoon chia seeds (6 g) and one small banana cut in slices (1.1 g): 11.1 grams of fiber
