Ever want to "grab a piece of that glowing rock"? Or "take the physical challenge"? Some of my fondest TV memories from the late '80s and early '90s come from the spate of kiddie game shows that filled many of Nickelodeon's programming hours and even helped launch Fox.

With Cameron gone, the new (old) team is still working out the kinks in this week's House — and it feels like the writers aren't sure where the show's going either. The episode tackles a genius patient with what appears to be TTP, Thanksgiving, and House and Cuddy all in one swoop. And while the doc is back to acting like a selfish jerk following his recent good behavior, I didn't even find his quips that amusing.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band recently played the final show of their tour in Buffalo, but is it the last time we'll see ever them? Springsteen sure made it sound like a goodbye saying, "The E Street Band has come thousands of miles tonight to be here one last time — for a little while." I'm wondering exactly what "a little while" means .

Amanda Seyfried's latest film Letters to Juliet looks like a mash up of her other work. First off, her character's name is Sophie, which brings Mamma Mia to mind, as does the romantic foreign locale. But even the title itself made me do a double-take — wait, isn't she already doing a book-turned-film about letters called Dear John?!

I was already bummed knowing this was the last week of new episodes of The Vampire Diaries until January; and now, having seen it, I'm freaking out a little bit. I knew there was going to be an epic cliffhanger, I just didn't know how epic!
With new vampires, violence and passion come "The Turning Point" — a title that would apply to many things that happened this week.

The Tuesday night CW block made a particularly strong showing this week. Personally, I thought 90210 had one of its best episodes of the season — nice character development, a few teary moments, and some "oh no she didn't" disses. And as for Melrose Place, I've got two words for you: Heather Locklear.

Freshman comedy Modern Family has filled a void in my life — I find myself laughing out loud each week, and I'm not the only one digging it. A huge part of the show's greatness can be attributed to its amazing cast; one of my favorites is Cameron — one half of a same-sex couple adjusting to life with a new baby. Eric Stonestreet, who plays Cam, sat down with me to talk about the show's crazy success and the real-life experience he used to portray a clown in next week's episode, "Fizbo."

This is pretty much my dream scenario: Conan O'Brien and Zach Galifianakis sitting down, shooting the breeze. You know I'm a fan of Galifianakis and his awkward Between Two Ferns interview series on Funny or Die. (His off-color remarks to Natalie Portman still make me giggle.) For this latest installment, he questions the Tonight Show host and his sidekick, Andy Richter.

Prepare for a changing of the guard: This week's House marks a major shift for the medical team. House is back in charge after reclaiming his license, and the shakeups start. Cameron is out — but we already knew that was coming.

Some shows bring out big guest stars for November sweeps, but Desperate Housewives is getting back in touch with its sexy side instead. Susan tries to set a new record with Mike while Bree narrowly escapes an Orson interruption when she's with Karl. Meanwhile, Lynette's pregnancy secret is finally out and Nick Bolen continues to be creeptastic all over town.
