Brad Goreski Spills On His Upcoming Reality Show, Styling Tips, and Dream Clients

Brad Goreski is on the fast track to fashion success: with a book deal in the works and his own reality show, It's a Brad, Brad World, premiering on Bravo Jan. 2, the assistant-turned-superstylist is quickly making a name for himself in the industry. In addition to his suave ensembles (can he look any cuter in a bow tie?) and magnetic personality, Brad is positioning himself as a star in the styling realm with his keen eye for detail and A-list celebrity clientele - a roster of women that includes Jessica Alba, Rashida Jones, Christina Ricci, and Demi Moore. We caught up with Brad to talk about his solo TV debut, favorite fashion trends, and which celebs he's hoping to dress next.

FabSugar: Congrats on the new show! What can we expect to see this season?
Brad Goreski: It's a bit of a balance; the show is very focused on me building my brand, so you'll see how I transition from an assistant role to lead stylist, so people will really get to see how I work and how I develop my process. But yes, my family life and personal life is a big focus as well - I wanted to show people the other side of my life; my great boyfriend, my great family, and how they make me who I am.

FS: What were some of your career highlights in 2011?
BG: I would say one of my biggest was definitely styling Jessica Alba for the BAFTA Awards [in Atelier Versace] and also at the Met Gala! She looked amazing. Also, I had a great time on my Details magazine shoot, and the editorial I did with Liya Kebede for the March issue of InStyle was a highlight as well.

Announcing the 2012 Grammy Award Nominations

For the second year in a row, the Recording Academy has given a hip-hop artist the most Grammy nominations. Last year, it was rapper Eminem with eight, and this year, Kanye West leads the nominees with seven chances at the golden gramophone, including a song of the year nod for "All of the Lights." West is also nominated twice in the rap album of the year category for his collaboration with Jay-Z on Watch the Throne and his own album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Brit crooner Adele wasn't far behind Kanye, picking up six nominations for her album 21, as well as a shot at song of the year with "Rolling in the Deep."

Bruno Mars also did well, racking up six nominations (that's down one from last year for those keeping track), while newcomers like Nicki Minaj and dubstep artist Skrillex are up for the best new artist category. Kate Hudson's Halloween Party Brings Out Gwen, Nicole, Jessica, and More Costumed Stars

It was a star-studded evening at Kate Hudson's Halloween bash at her home in Pacific Palisades Saturday night. Kate made the trip back to LA from London last week, just in time to gear up for the annual costume party. Her guests, including Jessica Alba, Nicole Richie, Gwen Stefani, and Emma Roberts, went all out with their looks, though we haven't gotten a glimpse of what the host wore.

Jessica was in a witch getup while Nicole went as a hilarious version of Jennifer Lopez in her hot pink tracksuit. Gwen donned a gown and over-the-top makeup as Cinderella and her No Doubt bandmate Adrian Young went '80s for the soiree. Emma was a Playboy bunny and David Arquette made his second costumed appearance of the weekend in an Elvis suit. Rashida Jones sucked on a lollipop in her Blow Pop outfit while Ali Larter and her husband Hayes MacArthur were bumble bees. Nicky Hilton, who wore a cat suit for Friday night's festivities, changed into Little Red Riding Hood for yesterday's event. There were plenty of other celebrities in Halloween costumes this weekend, so check them out as we celebrate Halloween today.

Girls just wanted to have fun last night at the Emmys afterparties. Champagne flowed and cameras flashed at the Governor's Ball and network bashes hosted by HBO, AMC, and Fox. Nominated pals Tina Fey and Amy Poehler kept close, Rashida Jones and Kristen Wiig smiled for the cameras, and costars Christina Hendricks and Randee Heller, who played the hilariously inept secretary Mrs. Blakenship on Mad Men, caught up. January Jones Talks Dating, Her Diet, and Taking "One For the Team" in Allure

January Jones displayed a dramatic look on the cover of Allure's June issue, their first also available on iPads. She posed in a skimpy leotard inside the magazine, showing no sign of her pregnant belly - take a look behind-the-scenes at the sexy shoot. January has a lot to be excited about both personally and professionally since she's expecting her first child and gearing up for the release of X-Men: First Class. She was happy to chat about her private life, touching on what it's like to date in Hollywood, her indulgent diet, and her experience with therapy. Here's what January Jones had to say in Allure:

On working with congressmen on a bill to outlaw shark finning: “I only had to sleep with 15 to 20 congressmen, took one for the team.”
On trying therapy: "I was traveling so much, and I just needed to make sure I was grounded and had someone to talk to. She talked more than I did, which was hilarious and great and fun. I really like her. It was like having a girlfriend. But I’m not going to give her $300 an hour to have the same conversation I could have with my girlfriend.”
On why it's hard to date men in the industry: “I’m sorry, I need to go away for three months and kiss other men while you stay here.”
On her diet: "I’ll stop at McDonald’s and get a strawberry shake and fries and not feel guilty at all, because I deserve it.”

Announcing the 2011 Primetime Emmy Awards Nominees!

TV stars Joshua Jackson and Melissa McCarthy were up and at 'em this morning to present the nominees for this year's Primetime Emmy Awards - one of which went to McCarthy herself for her work on Mike and Molly. There aren't too many shockers on this year's list; new shows Game of Thrones, The Killing, and Boardwalk Empire all got some love, Modern Family continues to dominate (now with a nomination for Ed O'Neill), and Friday Night Lights finally got that much-deserved nod for outstanding drama series. There are also some big names you may not have expected to see on this list, such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Matt Damon, and Justin Timberlake all picked up nominations for guest appearances.
