Matthew Bomer Looks Well-Suited For His White Collar Mid-Season Finale

White Collar stars Matthew Bomer, Tim DeKay, and Hilarie Burton hit their marks and delivered lines on location in NYC yesterday. The series is currently building up to its mid-season finale set to air next Tuesday, Aug. 9. White Collar will return in early 2012 with exciting upcoming cameos from guests like True Blood's Joe Manganiello. Fans of the show will be excited to see more of Matt on the big screen soon. He's starring opposite Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried in the upcoming futuristic, Fall thriller In Time, though we'll have to wait and see if we get another glimpse of Matt's six-pack abs when the movie comes out.

Big Changes Coming to One Tree Hill

Things are going to be looking a little different around Tree Hill come season seven. The show's cast is getting a pretty substantial makeover - and it may mean even more dramatic changes for the show than the flash forward OTH put in place a couple of years back. read more. So: Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton are leaving One Tree Hill at the end of this season. The two had been in contract negotiations for a while, but ultimately, it appears they couldn't work out a deal. So newlyweds Peyton and Lucas will be leaving Tree Hill one way or another - and I guess we'll find out how in next week's season finale. The show's planning to reload the cast, promoting Austin Nichols (who plays Julian) to a regular character and adding some new blood. The roles are:

Quinn, an older sister of Haley's and a free spirit who comes to town hoping to heal a broken heart.
Alexis, the new face of Brooke's clothing line who's "an adrenaline junkie and a bit of a diva" and has "never met a party she didn’t like."
Clayton, a rising star at a sports agency who crosses paths with Nathan. He's "a bit of a lothario" and "unapologetically enjoys the spoils that are available to a young, wealthy, handsome single guy."

The Results Are In: Recast Heathers

Every Wednesday on BuzzSugar, I post a Recast challenge, where I ask you to choose new actors for a classic TV show or movie. The reader who submits the best cast wins a BuzzSugar t-shirt!

When it comes to catty, vicious teenage girls, the Heathers take the cake. In recasting this movie, not only did people have to look like high schoolers, but they had to have that nasty edge that would make for a good Heather.

With so many excellent recast lists submitted this week, it was truly difficult to pick just one. CaterpillarGirl had some fantastic ideas, in particular the pick of Adrianne Palicki (Tyra from "Friday Night Lights") because, as she puts it, "she has that 'lick it up baby' look down pat." I also enjoyed all the picks for Evan Rachel Wood, and I think Joseph Gordon-Levitt could definitely do well with the role of J.D. as both collomtwin and Sascha9000 suggested.

CW Upfronts Bring Out the Ladies

The stars of the CW graced the red carpet to announce their new line-up for next year, and it sure is jam-packed with beautiful women! A slimmed down Tyra recently revealed how she got bikini ready and she sure is showing off her hard work here as well. Tyra and One Tree Hill actress, Hilarie Burton represented their veteran shows, while newcomers from the Gossip Girls strutted their stuff for the first time. The new show was created by Josh Schwartz who also created the O.C. so you can imagine we can't wait to check this one out. We have high hopes it will fill the Seth, Summer, Marissa and Ryan void.

Tonight's Met Gala theme was Savage Beauty, honoring the late Alexander McQueen, so it was fitting that some of McQueen's closest friends and fans donned his designs on the red carpet. Models and celebrities, like Gisele Bundchen, Daphne Guinness, and Naomi Campbell all showed off different looks from McQueen's past collections. Each and every look took us back to McQueen and all of the greatness he created during his lifetime - check out the slideshow to see who wore what and why we loved it.
