I Hate My Teenage Daughter! Don't worry, you're not having a flashback to some fight you had with your mom in 1996, it's way better than that! In FOX's newest comedy, I Hate My Teenage Daughter, you'll fall in love (not hate) with onscreen single moms Annie (Emmy Award-winner Jaime Pressly) and Nikki (Tony Award-winner Katie Finneran) and their onscreen teenage daughters, Sophie (Kristi Lauren) and Mackenzie (Aisha Dee). Sophie and Mackenzie are the best of friends, which leads to a lot of coparenting (and co-hi-jinx) for Annie and Nikki. While they've given the girls everything they never had as teenagers - clothes, money, and self-esteem - Sophie and Mackenzie still manage to send their moms over the edge. Friday night's episode of Fringe is arguably the best yet from season four. Not only do we see Walter's decline into madness and his attempt at redemption, but we're finally getting somewhere with this whole "Where Is Peter Bishop" business. On the downside, my new favorite character, Lincoln Lee, is totally MIA this episode, but there's plenty to sink your teeth in to. As expected, promising shows like Steven Spielberg's Terra Nova and Simon Cowell's The X Factor are on the way, along with a bunch of brand new series. Fox Cancels Lie to Me and 4 More, Picks Up Zooey Deschanel's Comedy and More For Fall

The 2011 upfronts (a week where each major TV network unveils its official Fall lineup) doesn't begin until next week, but Fox is getting an early start on its announcements. The network has revealed its plan to cancel five current shows: Lie to Me, Traffic Light, The Chicago Code, Breaking In, and Human Target. All of those shows were on the bubble, so it's no major surprise that they won't be returning next year. (In case you missed it, Fox has renewed Fringe, Glee, House, Bones, Family Guy and The Cleveland Show).

As always, upfronts mean out with the old and in with the new, and the network has greenlit a handful of pilots to take the place of the shows that have been axed. To read more about those, just

No shockers here, but here's some relieving news for House fans: Fox has just picked up Hugh Laurie's drama for an eighth season, along with animated hits The Cleveland Show and Family Guy. The news follows the network's pickup of Bones last week.

With upfronts just a week away, you can expect to hear a lot more news about the 2011 Fall season (both good and bad), so stay tuned for the latest on your favorite shows - plus, a preview of what new programs are headed our way after the Summer!
