Is This the Best Bachelorette Season Ever?

I've said before I tune into The Bachelor on occasion and I definitely followed the season when that Texas bar owner jilted both of his final two women in the end. So, I was glad that they chose one of the jilted girls, DeAnna Pappas, to be the next Bachelorette, and I tried to watch this season.

But something went wrong. There was a lot of. . . yelling. I felt uncomfortable watching her get so upset, and I felt sympathetic toward both her and the guys. But not enough to watch regularly.

Apparently, however, I might be alone in these feelings toward DeAnna and crew because The Bachelorette is getting some of the best ratings the entire Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise has seen in years.

So in honor of tonight's finale, what do you think? Has DeAnna's search for love been the best season ever?

Now that this year's Bachelor has found his soul-monkey it's the Bachelorette's turn. Tonight DeAnna Pappas, ABC's new Bachelorette, will begin her journey toward finding true love and/or someone to date for awhile. You may recall DeAnna was one of the two final women dumped last year on The Bachelor by Brad Womack. Here's hoping DeAnna finds what she's looking for this time around! ComingSoon has news that Jesse L. Martin will play Marvin Gaye in a biopic titled Sexual Healing. James Gandolfini will co-star in and produce the project.
Variety reports on Josh Hartnett's next role in the martial arts action movie Bunraku.
Fox has ordered 13 more episodes of The Moment of Truth, Zap2it reports.
According to Hollywood Reporter, Emily Blunt will star in the immigration drama The Girl.
ComingSoon has the scoop on the Space Chimps video game, which will be based on the upcoming movie.
Jordin Sparks will sing the national anthem at Sunday's Super Bowl and Alicia Keys will provide pregame entertainment, the Associated Press reports.
Speaking of the Super Bowl, expect kinder, gentler ads this year, writes The New York Times.
