In case you missed it, Paula Abdul performed her new single "Dance Like There's No Tomorrow" before the Super Bowl. The performance came on the heels of Abdul's announcement that she plans to have a new, full album to release by Summer.

The performance isn't nearly as devastating as, say, Britney's VMA disaster, but it's not necessarily impressive, either - especially what with all the lip-syncing.

Bachelor Pad's Michael Stagliano on His DWTS Date, Ideal Girlfriend, and How Bret Michaels Is a Hugger

Bachelor Pad 2 recently ended, and the unlikely winners of The Bachelor spinoff were Michael Stagliano and his ex-fiancé Holly Durst, who announced her engagement to fellow contestant Blake Julian during the finale, shocking her devastated partner Michael.

We got a chance to talk with Michael, who braved both Jillian Harris's Bachelorette season and an extremely emotional Bachelor Pad season and has lived to tell the tale. The true star of the show (in our opinion), Michael has the looks, the moves, the humor, and most importantly, has proved he's a genuinely sweet and caring guy. Check out his responses to our Facebook fans' questions and find out who he has a hot date with tomorrow night!

TrèsSugar: If Holly had to be with any other guy in the house, who would you have chosen for her?

Michael Stagliano: Probably Kirk. I frickin' love Kirk, and I think they would have made a good match. He just knows how to treat a woman. I think he's very kind and patient and gentle with women and is very respectful of their feelings.

TS: If Holly hadn't been there, was there anyone in the house you would have had a crush on?

MS: Probably Michelle, so Graham would have had to not be there, too. She's just so ridiculously beautiful inside and outside. She's just so caring and kind and patient, and I just love her to death.

TS: What does Bret Michaels smell like?

MS: I don't remember a specific smell. He's a great hugger though. In that date, which is an hour, I probably hugged him 7 times. He's so cool and so outgoing and loves hugs, and I love hugs.

TS: Are you single?

MS: I am single. I'm very single.

TS: There are rumors about you and Dancing With the Stars's Chelsie Hightower . . .

MS: As a pseudo date, we are going out to dinner on Thursday. But we're not dating, we've just been texting a lot, and she's just super cool, and sooooo good looking it's hard to breathe around her. But we're not official or anything yet at all. We're just going to hang out, cuz she's cool . . . and I have a giant crush on her.

TS: If you could do it all over again would you get as honest as you were with Holly about your feelings with the cameras rolling?

MS: I really like love, I love love. So falling in love again was great. It ended up turning into some heartache. The three months in between when I broke up with Holly and when the show started I was super closed off to love, and it was awful, and I didn't want to date at all. After the show, and the way it ended, I was ready to date immediately. So if anything, I'm really thankful for the fact that it happened.

Amy Adams Talks Muppets, How She Picks Movies, and Her Leading Ladies Like Meryl and Ms. Piggy

Amy Adams was in the midst of a busy award season when we were able to visit the LA set of The Muppets in January. It was just one day before she dressed up to attend the Golden Globes, but Amy was more focused on spending her between-scenes time with her fiancé, Darren Le Gallo, and their daughter Aviana. Jason Segel spoke about writing and getting the Muppets movie made, while Amy was happy to chat about her latest connection to the Disney family. She also shared about the honor of being Jason's first choice for the role of Mary, how she picks projects, and who would win in a Meryl Streep and Ms. Piggy showdown. Amy said:

On her friends wanting to visit the set: "I have a lot of friends [come by] - not just for the Muppets, but for Jason. I have a lot of girls who really like Jason. There have been a lot of visitors. I have visitors today. It’s exciting because a lot of people grew up loving the Muppets and it’s nice for them to get to see it."
On what made her decide to sign on: "[Shooting in LA] is a huge benefit for me having just had a baby. I can be at home and be working with the Muppets, which is such a family-friendly set and family-friendly film. She is here today. I’m sure you’ve seen me flying around with her. That is a huge plus. Also, just to get to introduce her to the Muppets is very fun. She was interacting with Walter today. It was the first time she had ever interacted with any of the Muppets. So that was cool."
On who's tougher to act with - Miss Piggy or Meryl Streep? "I have to say that I can’t win in that answer because I am working with Ms. Piggy. So if I say, 'Meryl Streep,' I have to see Ms. Piggy tomorrow and it will be like, 'So I heard . . . ' So I’m just going to plead the fifth. I know Meryl will be OK, but I don’t want to cross Ms. Piggy."
On being flattered by being Jason's top choice: "I didn’t know the extent to which he had thought of me. I knew for him to send a personal invite to be a part of it and getting Kermit to be a part of it - I knew that he was serious about it. I didn’t know that he specifically had me in mind until after I was on set. It’s a lot pressure and I didn’t know!"

Get Your Partner to Exercise: No Nagging, Bribing, or Insulting Required

Fitness may be a priority for you, but your husband, boyfriend, or partner might be another story. If you wish your better half would include more exercise in their day whether it's to relieve stress, drop a few pounds, or as a way to spend more time together, I'm sure you've discovered that nagging, bribing, or insulting them are surefire ways to get them to shun sweating it out. Plus, it won't make you feel very good if you're constantly pressuring your partner to get moving. Your significant other is more likely to start working out and stick with it if he or she feels like it's their idea, so give these tactics a try.

Work the money angle. Mention that the gym you want to go to offers huge deals if you join with a friend. Who doesn't jump at the opportunity to save a little moolah?
Speak their language. If saving dough isn't exciting enough, lure your significant other with talk about air-conditioning, deals on massages, and huge TVs to watch sports and The Food Network.
Make it about your dog. If you have a four-legged friend, mention that you went to the vet, and your doc is really concerned about recent weight gain leading to a doggie heart attack. That'll pull on the old heart strings a little, and will certainly inspire regular walks or runs with Fido, but really, Fido will be walking or running them (wink).
Surprise, you're exercising! There's no backing down if you casually sign the two of you up for a Partner Yoga retreat, salsa dance class, or dodgeball team.
Throw them a compliment. Come home from the gym all upset and say, "I really wish you were with me to spot me on the machines because you're so patient and strong. I'd much rather have you help me than one of the random muscly dudes at the gym. Could you meet me after work tomorrow?" Flattery can work wonders and maybe once they show up, they'll do a few sets and like it so much that you'll have yourself a permanent spotter and gym buddy.

There goes another staple in award season - the Grammys are a wrap! The night was chock-full of performances from standouts like Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga, but there were a few statuettes passed out between songs.

Muse frontman Matt Bellamy took the opportunity to thank his "beautiful pregnant girlfriend" Kate Hudson while accepting the trophy for best rock album, and Lady Gaga gave props to Whitney Houston in her acceptance speech for best pop album. Lady Antebellum scored big with five golden gramophones, but it was Arcade Fire that won the biggest award of the night, taking home the accolade for album of the year.
