- American Idol's Kara DioGuardi is one of five celebrities featured in Allure's special naked celebrity issue. In it, Kara discusses the pride she has in being able to strip down in front of a camera after struggling with an eating disorder in her early 20s. The other women appearing in the issue are Regina Hall, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Jessica Capshaw, and Colbie Caillat.

The Ladies Are Short, Long and Shiny on the AMA Red Carpet!

The 2009 American Music Awards descended on the Nokia Theatre in LA last night, which meant a star studded red carpet before the big show. It was a pleasant mixture of long and short dresses on all the ladies, though some even found a way to do both simultaneously like Rihanna in her cutout gown. Carrie Underwood has the early lead in Fab's best dressed poll, but Rih is close behind. Alicia Keys stood out in blue while Fergie's high slit meant she showed off some leg as she posed. Nicole Kidman spent most of her red carpet time on the arm of her husband Keith Urban - speaking of which, check out all the guys here.

Shakira and Selena Gomez cozied up for the cameras in their standout short dresses while Demi Lovato sported some bling around her neck. What to Download: New Music Today

Tuesdays are big in entertainmentville: not only do all the new DVD releases hit Netflix, but new music also pours into stores. So I take a spin through each week's music releases and pick out some albums and tracks worthy of a download.

Let's rock: The Arctic Monkeys are back with their third album, this time with the production expertise of Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme. Humbug offers a solid list of rock and roll tracks, slowing things down a bit with the first single "Crying Lightning." I'm also partial to "Cornerstone" and the first track, "My Propeller."

Heap of faith: After giving Imogen Heap's third album Ellipse a listen, the first word that came to my mind was "lovely." The songs have a clean, almost new-age feel, showcasing Heap's voice as she harmonizes with herself on track after track. I love how she mixes things up a bit in "Earth," and "Swoon" is also one of my early favorites.

read more. Break on through: If you're in the mood for something a little more bubbly, you might want to check out Colbie Caillat's sophomore album, "Breakthrough." It's more of what we heard on her debut record, which included hits like "Feelings Show." As for her newest venture, I predict that "Falling For You" will get some radio play.

I don't think this is a remarkably genius song, but it is very sweet and manages to tug on my heartstrings a little. Jason Mraz pairs up with Colbie Caillat on "Lucky," a cute ode to love that's full of gratitude and contentment. In the video, the two singers are in separate locations, dreamily musing about how fortunate they are. With lyrics like "Lucky I'm in love with my best friend/Lucky to have been where I have been/Lucky to be comin' home again" your opinion of the song may depend on your opinion of love at the moment. It's a little on the sappy side, but with Valentine's Day approaching I could easily see this one making it onto some playlists for sweethearts.
