This Friday we'll get a peek at Michael Cera's mustached, naughty alter ego, Francois, in the new release Youth in Revolt. Francois is a rebel, torching buildings and breaking into girls dorm rooms - and yes, naturally, he's French. Movie Night: All Amy Adams, All the Time

Even if you haven't yet seen the cutefest that is Enchanted, you've probably heard a lot about how lovely and endearing Amy Adams is in the lead role. Indeed, lately there seems to be a kind of Amy Adams fever going around! I think she's just darling, so if Enchanted was the first you'd heard of her and you're eager to see more of this charming girl, check out my suggestions for an Amy Adams Movie Night. In addition to these titles, she is also hilarious in Drop Dead Gorgeous and convincingly petulant in The Wedding Date.

Adams is at her sweet, wide-eyed best in this fish-out-of-water tale. Big-time Chicago art dealer, Madeleine (Embeth Davidtz), finally meets her new dreamboat husband's (Alessandro Nivola) family when she goes down to North Carolina to close a deal with a reclusive artist. There she meets her touchy mother-in-law (Celia Weston), quiet father-in-law Eugene (Scott Wilson), grouchy brother-in-law Johnny (Ben McKenzie), and Johnny's pregnant wife Ashley (Adams). Naive and childlike, Ashley idolizes Madeleine and her glamorous big-city ways. As with most stories like this, the newcomer acts as a catalyst for examining deep-rooted family issues.

The film is hugely campy and completely absurd, so don't try to make any sense of it - just enjoy the hilarious dialogue and super-fake surf scenes. The Office, "Jury Duty": Best Lines of The Night

After a solid cold opening of Andy dancing to "Footloose" in the warehouse (think dancing on bubble wrap and punching packing peanuts), the rest of this week's episode of The Office is a success. We find out early on that Jim was called to jury duty for a half day that he turned into five days. Dwight catches on to Jim's plan early on and does everything in his power to bring him down. On top of all the cute kids that show up for "Jury Duty," Jim and Dwight go at it. Oscar has some awesome moments. And I love this new friendship between Kevin and Erin that's blossoming before our eyes.

This is one of my favorite episodes I can remember in a long time. Not too plot driven and chock-full of solid comedic writing plus a handful endearing moments that just made me feel good. To get a few of my favorite lines, just keep reading.

Top 10 Signs It's Time For a New Personal Trainer

If you're spending $50 or more for a session with a personal trainer, they better be awesome at motivating you to get a great workout and reach your fitness goals. But if they're not helping you hit those goals, here are some telltale signs that it's time to find a new one.

You struggle to get through 20 push-ups, and your trainer gets on the floor and says, "Watch how fast I can do 20!"
Your trainer is supposed to be helping you work your upper body by tossing the ole medicine ball, but you catch them winking at a fellow trainer as they launch the 15-pound ball at your face.
You're not sure if they forget to wear deodorant or wash their workout clothes, but every time they reach their arms up to show you a move, you get an overpowering and nauseating whiff of funk.
Your trainer doesn't talk much, but when she does, it's, "Just do what I do. I have to fit my workout in sometime."
In the middle of counting reps while doing crunches, your trainer starts throwing out what seems like random numbers. You look at him puzzled. His response? "That's my phone number. Call me."

The opportunity for that to actually happen arose this week, when Revlon's Global Artistic Director Gucci Westman volunteered her makeover services. Gucci, who's worked with the likes of Cameron Diaz and Kim Kardashian, walked me through the steps she used to get my visage ready for the camera. She shared some beauty tips - and revealed how she's prepping to survive another Fashion Week - just before a portrait session with photographer Michael Fine began.

This year's CES didn't just teach us about gadget trends and the future of the industry - it also taught us a few things that we'll remember in our everyday lives as well. Here, we offer up a few tips to take with you on your next journey to a big tech conference, or to keep in the back of your mind for life. Trust me: our pain is your gain!

Get plenty of sleep. Between long hours on the show floor and various industry parties (and afterparties), there's a good reason we'd love to see siesta lounges at CES. But if you can't nap during the day, be sure to get enough shut eye at night. This is true even for the real world, where you've got emails, shows, and news to catch up on. Put away the laptop at a decent hour and get your beauty rest. You'll wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day's to-do list.
Carry water. Downing coffee, cocktails, and Diet Cokes, coupled with the dry weather in the desert, and filtered air in the hotels and casinos can cause dehydration fast. Keep a bottle of water on you at all times. This not only keeps your skin fresh, lips hydrated, and head clear, but it'll keep you from overheating due to thirst.
Wear good shoes. Did I mention how much we walked at CES? Seriously, the biggest expo I've ever seen, it spans the Las Vegas Convention Center and surrounding hotels. It's not hard to walk six miles in a single day. Multiply that by three or four days, and you've got yourself a good workout. Dress your feet appropriately for CES, and everyday life, since it can save your back later down the road.
Get in the lunch line early. Hungry bloggers line up to get their lunches far before the 11:30 a.m. call time. Although we never saw a shortage of food, who wants to wait in another line when you're tired and hungry? This is another way to say "eat your lunch." Skipping meals can lead to headaches and crankiness, symptoms you don't want to experience when you're in a fast-paced and crowded space or in your office.
