Which of These Celebrities is Smarter than a Fifth Grader?

I'll admit, when Kellie Pickler was "what's a ballsy"-ing her way through season five of "American Idol," I did occasionally question her intelligence. But is she smarter than a fifth grader? I guess we'll soon find out. Pickler is among the celebrities who will guest-star on "Are You Smarter than a Fifth Grader" during November sweeps. Also going to the head of the class: Clay Aiken, Regis Philbin, Billy Bush, Tony Hawk, and Miss America (Lauren Nelson). They're playing for charity, so I imagine that they'll all be doing their best, and not intentionally mispronouncing words to seem cuter (ahem, Pickler). But which of them - if any - do you think has the greatest chance of taking home the $1 million top prize?

Are You Surprised by Forbes's Top-Earning Men in Prime Time?

Forbes recently released the list of Prime Time's Top-Earning Men. Who made the cut? In order, they are: Simon Cowell, followed by Donald Trump, Ryan Seacrest, Charlie Sheen, Steve Carell, Howie Mandel, Kiefer Sutherland, Jeff Foxworthy, Hugh Laurie, and at No. 10 (a tie!) David Caruso of CSI: Miami and Patrick Dempsey.

Simon Cowell at No. 1 is a no-brainer, thanks to the unstoppable machine that is American Idol (not to mention all of his other shows). But there are a few names that made me do a double take. Jeff Foxworthy, for instance - who knew that Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader was such a money generator? And where's Jeff Probst? I guess the Survivor franchise doesn't carry as much clout as I thought.

What about you? Other than maybe Simon Cowell at number 1, do you find this list surprising?

Buzz In: What's Your Favorite Game Show of All Time?

While we've been busy trying to tackle all the awesome new series of the Fall, the networks are still adding fresh shows to their slates. NBC's most recent pickup is a new game show called Perfect 10, where contestants are challenged to quickly finish regular household chores for a chance to win a million dollars. Sounds simple enough, but so did Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader.

Between Perfect 10 and the CBS reboot of Let's Make a Deal, it sounds like there will be plenty of new options for game show viewing this season. These days I can barely keep up with all of my favorite scripted shows, but I do catch an episode of Deal or No Deal every now and then. The Price is Right will also always hold a place in my heart - I was one of those kids who would be yelling "One dollar!" at the screen when I was home sick as a kid. What about you - what are some of your favorite game shows?
