Well,
the Emmys are over, and we have our full list of winners. Were you guys surprised by this year's picks? (Check out all my
Emmy polls here.) I thought the show started out pretty unexpectedly when underdogs Kristin Chenoweth and Toni Collete took home trophies, and there were a few other surprises along the way.

Go Mad Men!!
1These were right on in my opinion:
Drama Series: Mad Men
Actress in a Comedy: Toni Collette, United States of Tara
Supporting Actor in a Drama: Michael Emerson, Lost
Writing for a Drama: Mad Men
Supporting Actress in a Comedy: Kristin Chenoweth, Pushing Daisies
Guest Actor in a Comedy Series: Justin Timberlake, Saturday Night Live
Main Title Design: United States of Tara
Exciting stuff!
2Mad Men is without a doubt the best show on television. I was semi-patiently waiting for the Emmy's to end so I could flip over to AMC and watch it. I LOVE that show!
3Wow! No wonder no one watches this. None of the actual good shows won anything. I love the fact all of these people get together and give themselves awards even if no one else watches the shows they think are good.
4Don't know about your Sugar, but I always think Collette's showy performance would always upstage anyone (including Tina Fey, whom in my opinion, should have won, because the show and the writing is consistently funny, unlike the end of Tara). Also, Emmy voters love film actresses crossing over, it's almost guarantee Emmy win. Worst win: JOHN CRYER! Yeah, he might be good, but please don't encourage the existence of that show anymore. 30 Rock is by far the laugh out loud comedy of the year.
The only 2 funny things on this show (I didn't watch the beginning...
)
51) Ricky Gervais (always picking on Steve Carrelll....another year without a statue.)
2) Dr. Horrible(?) and NPH together. Dr. Horrible is soooooooo HOT! When he pull NPH close to him, I'm sure NPH really enjoy that! Too bad they didn't make out...LOL
