2007 Teen Choice Awards: Announcing the Winners!

High School Musical, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End and Justin Timberlake were among the big winners Sunday at the 2007 Teen Choice Awards. More than 8.5 million votes were cast in categories ranging from the serious (Choice Movie Actor) to the silly (Choice Hottie).

One somewhat surprising favorite among the Teen Choice crowd? Steve Carell, oddly enough, who took home two surfboards: one for Choice Movie Scream for Evan Almighty and another for Choice TV Actor, Comedy for "The Office." Maybe these kids are alright after all.

Hollywood's young stars will be hitting the red carpet tonight for the Teen Choice Awards, hosted by Nick Cannon and Hilary Duff. Granted, I'm far from a teen, and I can't take these awards too seriously (I mean, Stomp the Yard for best drama?). On the other hand, sometimes it's nice to have a show that's all fun and bubblegum.
