Keep Up With Ugly Betty Via Marc and Amanda Webisodes

You know what's funnier than Marc and Amanda's antics at work on Ugly Betty?

You know what's funnier than Marc and Amanda's antics at work on Ugly Betty? Marc and Amanda's antics at work after everyone else has gone home and they think no one's watching. While Betty takes a break, ABC will add a new webisode of Mode After Hours to this site each week until the show comes back May 7. These little clips first premiered in September, and I'm glad they're back, because I might go through withdrawal without a weekly Marc and Amanda fix.

In the first installment, Marc and Amanda discover — and open, of course, because no one's around and they're troublemakers like that — a mysterious package addressed to Wilhelmina from a certain ex-boyfriend of hers who shall not be named (but, um, it rhymes with Honor). The episode is short and sweet but totally hilarious. I could watch these two "besties forever" cause after-hours trouble for, well, hours! To watch for yourself, read more

Learn to Scam with The Riches Webisodes

Ever wanted to be a professional con artist?

Ever wanted to be a professional con artist? Let Doug Rich teach you how. On the first-season DVD for FX's The Riches, which comes out on Tuesday, several of the bonus features show Doug (Eddie Izzard) teaching his kids how to con.

Best Buy has a few of the clips online now — including two that are exclusive to the Web site and won't be included on the DVD. It's so great to see this dysfunctional family in action again. Season two is slated for this spring, but FX hasn't announced a premiere date yet; I'll keep you posted.

In the meantime, you can check out several of the Webisodes, plus a recap of season one, on the Best Buy site. Or, to watch my favorite video, in which a jaded Cael and Delilah brush off their dad's lessons on how to turn nothing into something, just read more

Dinner With The Band and Sam Mason

Okay - every now and then the universe goes wild and produces amazing stuff that makes me shake my head and say what??

Okay - every now and then the universe goes wild and produces amazing stuff that makes me shake my head and say what?? This time it's a webshow called "Dinner With The Band" which will pair Sam Mason (the former pastry chef of New York's famous WD-50 who's currently opening a new space called Tailor) and indie rock bands. Mason will invite his favorite touring bands into his apartment for a little cooking 101 and in turn, the band will do a live set. The end result is edited together with some flashy bits, recipes and great music clips. The pilot, which features New York's own The Cloud Room, was picked up by OnNetworks - an Austin, Texas based new media company - for 8 online episodes. The pilot is available in 5 parts on the Dinner With the Band website, but if you want to check out the trailer, read more
