The Walking Dead's Laurie Holden on the Season Finale's Body Count and "Closure"

As Andrea on The Walking Dead, Laurie Holden has been one of this season's most critical players.

As Andrea on The Walking Dead, Laurie Holden has been one of this season's most critical players. The actress stopped by our LA studios this week to talk about her character's complicated relationship with the Governor and what she thinks the series has to say about humanity. Andrea also dropped a few hints about the big battle ahead between Rick's crew and the Governor's people. The Walking Dead's season-three finale airs Sunday, March 31, at 9 p.m. / 8 p.m. Central on AMC. On Lindsay: PJK dress.

Watch the Walking Dead Season Three Trailer

The Walking Dead panel at Comic-Con was one of the most sought-after events at the convention, and fans were rewarded with an in-depth look at the show's third season.

The Walking Dead panel at Comic-Con was one of the most sought-after events at the convention, and fans were rewarded with an in-depth look at the show's third season. So what's in store? The four-minute preview reveals a lot more of new character Michonne, as she and Andrea find themselves under the watchful eye of the Governor (a new character to TV viewers, but a fan favorite from the comics). Meanwhile, Rick and the gang take shelter in a prison, and Merle makes another appearance — but is it real or just a hallucination?

It doesn't take much for The Walking Dead to send shivers down my spine, but this preview is particularly eerie, thanks to the excellent musical selection. We have until Oct. 14 to wait for the new episodes, but watch the trailer when you read more

If you watched The Walking Dead season two finale, then you already know about one of the most exciting things to come in the series: Michonne. The samurai-sword-wielding heroine joins the cast in season three and is sure to become a fan favorite. We grabbed a quick moment with actress Danai Gurira who plays her at Breaking Bad's Comic-Con premiere, where she shared the best part about joining the show so far: slaying zombies, of course.

Here's some good news for those of you who can't get enough of small screen zombies: AMC has renewed The Walking Dead for a third season.

Here's some good news for those of you who can't get enough of small screen zombies: AMC has renewed The Walking Dead for a third season. The drama is currently two episodes into its second season, both of which have performed very well in ratings and have broken records for basic cable numbers. The show is definitely keeping us satisfied until the network brings back Mad Men next year, but are you looking forward to seeing more from Rick Grimes and the rest of the Dead gang?

The Walking Dead Gets a New Trailer and a Premiere Date

If you've missed seeing Andrew Lincoln getting chased by flesh-eating zombies, then I've got good news for you, fresh from The Walking Dead panel at Comic-Con.

If you've missed seeing Andrew Lincoln getting chased by flesh-eating zombies, then I've got good news for you, fresh from The Walking Dead panel at Comic-Con. First off, mark your calendars for October 16, because that's when the second season will kick off. Secondly, get excited for a longer look at the new episodes, which pick up right where season one left off. Rick decides to lead the crew out of Atlanta, but of course there's a ton of tension in the ranks. Most notably, Shane mentions that he wants to break away from the group (though really, how could that possibly be a good idea?). Rick also explores his faith a bit when he's not blowing the heads off walkers, which sounds about right.
