She accented her black dress with red animal-print heels to pose for the cameras. Gwyneth made the trip up north after popping up in LA for the annual Stand Up to Cancer telethon yesterday. She not only attended the event but was also an executive producer. It seems she was on set yesterday too, as someone on Twitter joked about seeing Gwyneth's trailer in front of their apartment when they woke up. Gwyneth, in a joking mood, wrote back, "That's my regular car! Thanks for letting us shoot on your street. I heart Brooklyn." Gwyneth's in the Big Apple to get down to business with Mark after traveling from the UK on Sunday with her pal Cameron Diaz, who was out in the city recently too visiting her gym. It's time for Gwyneth to get back to work following a fun few weeks in the UK that saw her celebrate Stella McCartney's birthday two times, as well as perform before the Queen's husband Prince Philip. She spent time in the UK with her kids, Moses and Apple, while husband Chris Martin was off on tour with his band Coldplay. Chris and the group have a show in Spain later this month, then will be in the UK for a string of dates later this Fall.

Gwyneth Paltrow has signed on to star in Thanks For Sharing, a dramedy about a group of people who are trying to overcome sexual addiction and develop relationships. She joins Mark Ruffalo and Tim Robbins, who are already attached to the film. Paltrow will play Phoebe, a businesswoman who falls in love with one of the recovering sex addicts (Ruffalo). Joely Richardson is also signing on as Robbins's wife in the film, which will be directed by The Kids Are All Right screenwriter Stuart Blumberg.
