Bachelorette Breakdown: The Week's Biggest Whoa!-ments

Anyone else still feeling the awkward tension from this week's episode of The Bachelorette?

Anyone else still feeling the awkward tension from this week's episode of The Bachelorette? Between the confrontations and the two-on-one date, even I want to crawl into a cave and cry, except I'm afraid I'll find castoff Nate crying and pronouncing "quinoa" incorrectly. I thought Bermuda was supposed to be a happy place! Did The Beach Boys lie to me? Let's discuss.

Let's recount the good times and especially the bad times from this week's episode when you read more

Bachelorette Breakdown: The Week's Biggest Whoa!-ments

This week was the most eventful episode of this season's Bachelorette yet.

This week was the most eventful episode of this season's Bachelorette yet. There were harnesses, country superstar Luke Bryan, screaming children, and Dolly Parton, not to mention the death-defying stunts and hardcore interrogations. Just another day at the office for Chris Harrison, I suppose. Let's chat about this exciting chapter!

Bachelorette Breakdown: The Week's Biggest Whoa!-ments

Week two on The Bachelorette brought plenty of action, and I'm not just talking about the chemistry between Emily and Kermit — though that was slightly uncomfortable.

Week two on The Bachelorette brought plenty of action, and I'm not just talking about the chemistry between Emily and Kermit — though that was slightly uncomfortable. No, I'm referring to the first one-on-one dates, the first group date, and all the poolside drama. It looks like we've got a veritable Real Housewives of Charlotte on our hands, only in this case the housewives are men and Botox is replaced by Muscle Milk.

Doctor Who Recap: The Wedding of River Song

We've been marching ominously toward the Doctor's fate at Lake Silencio in the second half of season six.

We've been marching ominously toward the Doctor's fate at Lake Silencio in the second half of season six. The finale "The Wedding of River Song" does answer a lot of our questions, but in Doctor Who style, new threads and mysteries are added to the timey-wimey jumble.

The episode begins in an earth where everything is askew; time stopped ticking and remains set on April 22, 2011 at 5:02 p.m., the Doctor's death date. All of time and history are happening at once because the fixed point of the Doctor's death was rewritten. River Song, the impossible astronaut of the Utah lake refuses to kill the Doctor. The Doctor, with the aid of Amy, Rory (again as a soldier), and River herself must kill the Doctor to save the universe from the Silence.

Check out my most memorable moments from the finale.

Doctor Who Recap: The God Complex

What began as a seemingly standalone thrill fest resulted in the season's biggest twist in this week's Doctor Who episode "The God Complex."

What began as a seemingly standalone thrill fest resulted in the season's biggest twist in this week's Doctor Who episode "The God Complex." With such a title, though, it is only fitting that the story delve deeply into the core of the characters. Were you expecting the bittersweet ending to the scary romp through an '80s hotel labyrinth?

The Ponds and the Doctor end up in an eerie hotel, which were it not for the horrified trio they happen upon in the lobby, the Doctor would continue to believe is an alien planet designed as an Earth replica. Rita, Howie, and mole-man Gibbis are running for their lives from a monster set to feast on them. Each room of the hotel is filled with creepy circumstances with one room specific to each visitor's worst fears. If a person looks too long upon their room's contents, the minotaur monster begins to control their brain forcing the person to "praise him" until their death. They race on to find a way out of the hotel's endless corridors before the monster catches up to them all, until Rita dies and the Doctor realizes the minotaur feeds on faith not fear.

Filled with shrieks of fright, "The God Complex" ends focused on the season's thematic elements. Check out the scenes that were most striking to me, and chime in on your reaction to the episode. Get excited — there are just two episodes left this season, with the finale entitled "The Wedding of River Song."

Doctor Who Recap: The Girl Who Waited

Previews of this week's Doctor Who episode "The Girl Who Waited" exclaimed the story central to Rory and Amy's relationship and a tearjerker.

Previews of this week's Doctor Who episode "The Girl Who Waited" exclaimed the story central to Rory and Amy's relationship and a tearjerker. Truth be told, I was wary of these proclamations as I haven't felt connected to the depths of the Pond team. Sure, they grew up together, fell in love, and now travel space and time with one another, even having a half-Timelord baby, but something seemed missing. Their roles rounding out the Doctor's escapades and creating an entertaining ensemble are certain, but a tear-inducing love story was a stretch — until now.

Tearjerker, indeed. An emotional story complicated with Amy's separation from Rory and the Doctor by dual timestreams, this episode solidifies the love of the Ponds despite a climactic, painful choice. Tell me what you thought of Amy and Rory's story after reading more.

The Office, "WUPHF.com": Best Lines of the Night

Ryan's up to another scheme on The Office this week, and his fellow employees are backing him 100 percent — at least at first.

Ryan's up to another scheme on The Office this week, and his fellow employees are backing him 100 percent — at least at first. He's trying to sell his startup, WUPHF.com, a site that connects all of your social networks under one umbrella. Unfortunately no big businesses are biting to buy it, which puts its investors (i.e., Pam, Darryl, Andy, and others) in a pickle. If Ryan doesn't find a way to sell it within nine days, they'll all be out of money.

While Ryan's plotting his new venture, Dwight is busy with a side hustle of his own. He's set up "Hay Place," a makeshift hay theme park, in the Dunder Mifflin parking lot. Angela tries to get his attention to "fulfill" their contract, but Dwight's so caught up in hay rides that Angela chats up a new guy instead (guest star Jack Coleman). Jim would like to make some money too, but since he's hit his commission cap, he can't profit off new sales. So instead, he turns his attention to pranking Gabe (I love prankster Jim!).

I didn't really find this episode that funny, but then again, Ryan's never been one of my favorite characters. Even so, I'm curious what might become of Angela and her new beau. Let's go over some of the evening's best lines when you read more

90210 "They're Playing Her Song": Most Scandalous Moments

Nicely done, Mrs. W!

Nicely done, Mrs. W! Debbie and Ryan get particularly close in this week's 90210 (as if this photo didn't tip you off). But unfortunately they're the only ones generating much heat. Adrianna and Navid are on very shaky ground, while Annie's doing her best come-hither tactics to lure in Charlie — until his roommates get in the way. As for Teddy, he's battling with his own sexuality as he drops in at a gay bar to test his feelings.

It's not exactly the most eventful episode, but the writers are definitely setting us up for big things. I can't wait to see what happens when Teddy comes out or when Navid and Silver kiss for real. Please, let it be soon! For now, let's get down to it when you read more

The Office, "Viewing Party": Best Lines of the Night

This week, The Office crew jumps on the Glee bandwagon with a watch party at Gabe's apartment.

This week, The Office crew jumps on the Glee bandwagon with a watch party at Gabe's apartment. With Gabe playing host, Michael gets jealous of the attention (and the fact that the employees view Gabe as their boss). I have to say I'm somewhat glad they're phasing out Michael. Nowadays I find the rest of the employees much funnier. Take Dwight, for instance. Who knew he's the baby whisperer? When Pam is desperate to get Cece to stop crying, Dwight lulls her to sleep. Meanwhile, Andy tries to figure out why Erin likes Gabe. Perhaps it's his Asian memorabilia.

For an episode that centers around watching TV, there actually isn't much TV watching going on. Even so, as a fan of Glee I got a huge kick out of hearing everyone discuss the show. So many quotes made me laugh, so have a look at a few of my favorites when you read more

90210 "Mother Dearest": Most Scandalous Moments

As the Wilson siblings start applying to college on this week's 90210, we're treated to a Grey's Anatomy-esque voiceover from Annie as she reads from her application essay.

As the Wilson siblings start applying to college on this week's 90210, we're treated to a Grey's Anatomy-esque voiceover from Annie as she reads from her application essay. Its message is about how the little moments in life are the ones that change us the most. The idea is nice, except that this episode's are anything but small. Adrianna celebrates her magazine debut, Navid takes down his father's business, and one character leaves!

On a more minor note, the show is finally getting its dirt bag quota under control. First Cannon fled last week, and now Oscar and Victor are receiving their comeuppances so we can all breathe a sigh of relief. Ready to recap the night's biggest surprises? Just read more
