Adaptations are all the rage these days, and the upcoming big-screen version of Jonathan Tropper's novel This Is Where I Leave You is one adaptation we're eagerly anticipating, since we loved the book about a dysfunctional family begrudgingly coming together. Shawn Levy is directing, and Jason Bateman is on board to fill the shoes of main character Judd, one of four siblings who assemble to sit shiva when their father dies. If you've read the book, then you'll want to see who's playing who, so check out the casting so far.

Celebrities have been tucking their flat irons back into their shelves, because waves are having a major moment on the red carpet. At the SAG Awards, plenty of celebrities stepped out to show off their undulating styles. Sofia Vergara opted for a center part with voluminous waves, while best actress winner Jennifer Lawrence swept hers off to the side. And Rose Byrne went for a polished vintage style that was created with the help of hair clips. What are your thoughts on this waved-out trend?
Rose Byrne decided to go for well-defined finger waves at the SAG Awards. Her highly polished waves call to mind the Marcel-style of the '20s. She completed the look with a feminine color palette — featuring bright lipstick — to play off her floral print gown.

Rose Byrne presented at the SAG Awards this evening wearing a refreshing floral and ruffled printed dress by Valentino. The oversize botanical print and hues of pink and blue were a whimsical addition to the sea of metallic and black gowns we've seen all evening. And we love how Rose completed her look with a classic wavy hairdo and bold pink lips. A satin Jimmy Choo clutch, diamond earrings, and statement ring by Van Cleef & Arpels finished off her chic outfit. We love her look — do you?

Australian actress Rose Byrne attended the Sydney premiere of I Give It a Year looking (pun coming your way) berry beautiful in this Jill Stuart leather-skirt dress ($345, originally $1,150) — that's 70 percent off! She completed her red-carpet style with black suede pointy Casadei pumps, a black Kotur clutch, a matching black cocktail ring, and round silver earrings. Invest in Rose's exact berry-colored dress to wear everywhere from the office to parties. Throw it on with tights and a blazer for work, then come the weekend, ditch the tights and blazer for strappy sandals and a cropped jacket.
Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber attended Saturday's G'Day USA Los Angeles Black Tie Gala at the city's JW Marriott. The event was organized to acknowledge the cultural impact of Australian goods and culture, and Naomi was surrounded by many of her countrymen and women. Also out was Naomi's good friend Nicole Kidman, who posed with husband Keith Urban. Toni Collette, Teresa Palmer, and Rose Byrne showed their Aussie pride, as did Hugh Jackman's wife, Deborra-Lee Furness. The ladies dressed to the nines for the afternoon event, which was the tenth annual G'Day party. Nicole was in Elie Saab, Rose in Diane von Furstenberg, and Naomi in pink Gucci. This year, a handful of Australians were recognized in particular, including Rose.
Celebrities have been turning up the volume . . . with their hair, that is. Teased-up crowns were the hottest hair accessory this week. At the 12-12-12 concert, Blake Lively added a shot of volume to her tousled tresses. Rose Byrne added some serious height to her vintage hairstyle, and Jessica Alba complemented her combed-over hair with teased hair at the crown. Volume is the easiest way to take your hairstyle to a higher plane, but who wore it best?
