A Prabal Gurung-clad Blake Lively brought her sister Robyn along for another night out in NYC yesterday at Footwear News's Annual Achievement Awards at MOMA. The Gossip Girl star was on hand following a day of shooting with her ex Penn Badgley to honor Person of the Year Christian Louboutin. Blake, who recently picked up 40 pairs of shoes at the Louboutin sample sale, introduced Christian by saying, "I own so many pairs of his shoes I should be institutionalized." Jessica Alba, in D&G, brought her husband, Cash Warren, along as she celebrated Brand of the Year Toms Shoes and its excited founder, Blake Mycoskie. New shoe designer Ivanka Trump, meanwhile, also picked up a nod for Launch of the Year. The honorees and celebs then finished up their evening at the afterparty, where Jessica and Blake were spotted unwinding over a game of pool.

Blake Gets Love From Her Sister but Just a Peck From Penn

Blake Lively turned a promotional appearance into a family affair last night when she stepped out with her older sister Robyn, of Teen Witch fame, for the launch of the Vertu phone in NYC.

Blake Lively turned a promotional appearance into a family affair last night when she stepped out with her older sister Robyn, of Teen Witch fame, for the launch of the Vertu phone in NYC. The Livelys stuck together for photos before Blake broke off to gush about Ben Affleck and their experiences shooting The Town. Blake was free to party after spending her afternoon on the set of Gossip Girl, where she was greeted with a peck on the cheek from Penn Badgley. Their embrace wasn't as passionate as some of their recent kisses, and many are still wondering about the rumors Blake and Penn have split. For now, Blake's back to work after a weekend in LA showing off her glamorous hair and a sexy gown at the Scream Awards.

TV Tonight: 30 Rock

What's more awkward than going to your high school reunion?

What's more awkward than going to your high school reunion? Going to your high school reunion with your boss. That's what happens on tonight's 30 Rock, when Jack persuades Liz to go to her reunion — and then tags along for the ride.

It's a fairly serious episode by 30 Rock standards, which mostly just means it's depressing-funny rather than goofy-funny — all the usual little asides and one-liners are still there, and I've been using a few of them in my daily life ever since I first saw the episode last week. We get to see what Liz was like in high school, which is hilarious for a number of reasons, most of which would be too spoilery to reveal. And there's some good, meaty Jack stuff, as Don Geiss awakens from his coma to determine Jack's future with GE.

And yes, this is the episode that was supposed to have a couple of Gossip Girls as guest stars. Sadly, that never came to be — but Blake Lively's sister, Robyn Lively, does turn up as Liz's old high school nemesis (though you might not recognize her under her awful wig — she's on the right in the picture above). Ashley Tisdale As the Teen Witch? Who Should "Top That"?

OK, putting aside for a moment how much I so thoroughly can't imagine Teen Witch being palatable outside of the 1980s — even more so than most of the remakes being done these days — I am curious about the casting for it.

OK, putting aside for a moment how much I so thoroughly can't imagine Teen Witch being palatable outside of the 1980s — even more so than most of the remakes being done these days — I am curious about the casting for it. Apparently, High School Musical's Ashley Tisdale may take on the role of Louise Miller, "the unpopular girl who discovers that she's a descendant of witches — and possesses powers" in a remake of the 1989 flick.

The original Louise Miller was played by Robyn Lively, and if they have to move forward with this project, why not keep it in the family and cast Robyn's sister, Blake Lively of Gossip Girl? At least that would be sort of funny. Or something.

However, there's a bigger question at hand: Who will play Louise's rap-happy best girlfriend? If you're unsure of what this role entails, please, for the love of all things holy, watch the "Top That" clip from Teen Witch after the jump. You may never be the same again.
