Tina Fey Premieres Admission and Responds to Taylor Swift's Diss

Tina Fey and Paul Rudd joined up to premiere their new flick, Admission, in NYC last night.

Tina Fey and Paul Rudd joined up to premiere their new flick, Admission, in NYC last night. Paul sported a new retro mustache that he had to grow for Anchorman 2, which is currently filming in Atlanta. Paul told The Hollywood Reporter that everyone is "a bit giddy" about the highly anticipated sequel, adding that the cast members — which include Will Ferrell and Christina Applegate — "all have such fond memories of the first one."

While Paul's facial hair raised a few eyebrows at the premiere, the real focus of the night was Taylor Swift's recent slam of Tina and Amy Poehler in an upcoming issue of Vanity Fair. When asked about Tina and Amy's joke about her during the Golden Globes, Taylor recited a quote about there being "a special place in hell for women who don't help other women." Tina talked to Entertainment Tonight about Taylor's remarks during the premiere, saying that she "did not see that one coming." She added, "It was a joke. It was a lighthearted joke." Admission hits theaters on March 22.

TV Tonight: The Women of SNL Reunite on NBC

As someone who grew up watching Saturday Night Live, I have a soft spot for sketches like Mary Katherine Gallagher, The Delicious Dish, and the Spartan cheerleaders (fun fact: I actually did a skit as Arianna in my high school talent show).

As someone who grew up watching Saturday Night Live, I have a soft spot for sketches like Mary Katherine Gallagher, The Delicious Dish, and the Spartan cheerleaders (fun fact: I actually did a skit as Arianna in my high school talent show). So tonight's The Women of SNL special has me particularly jazzed, as several of the female veterans reunite to relive their favorite clips and bring us some new material.

Tina Fey, Ana Gasteyer, Nora Dunn, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Cheri Oteri, Amy Poehler, Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, Rachel Dratch, and Kristen Wiig will all be appearing, and if this early photo of them reenacting The Real Housewives is any indication, it's going to be fun times. The special starts on NBC at 9 p.m. EDT — are you going to tune in?

Video: Betty White Brings the Ladies (and the Funny) to SNL

Betty White, you are a gem.

Betty White, you are a gem. I wasn't quite sure if your Saturday Night Live gig could live up to its hype, but boy did it, and then some. Not only was the show funny, it gave the late-night program its best ratings in 18 months!

With a little help from past SNL stars like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, and Maya Rudolph, White was adorable, sweet, and a little dirty-minded — just how we love her. Fey and the rest of the alums brought back impressions like Sally O'Malley, the NPR Delicious Dish hosts, and Whitney Houston, and it reminded me of how good SNL can be. Yes, there were a ton of references to White's age — we get it, she's 88 and a half — but so many skits had me laughing. Which was your favorite? Personally, I can't choose, so check out these three (along with a very special unaired Debbie Downer!) when you read more

Preview For My Life in Ruins Is Long, Kinda Boring

First off, this strange little trailer thing with subtitles is freakishly long (over four minutes!) and feels longer.

First off, this strange little trailer thing with subtitles is freakishly long (over four minutes!) and feels longer. This does not bode well for the comedy from My Big Fat Greek Wedding's Nia Vardalos.

When last we heard about My Life in Ruins, it was because Vardalos became the first filmmaker to be allowed to shoot inside the Acropolis. I was totally excited for this movie at that time. Now? Not so much.

From the trailer I'm guessing that — not unlike My Big Fat Greek Wedding — our protagonist learns how to love herself, loosen up and be confident, and from there everything falls into place for her. But the getting-there part looks ridiculously boring. When the majority of laughs come from Rachel Dratch's supporting character, we're in trouble.

Frankly, I am so disappointed! I really wanted Vardalos to have a big hit with this movie but she just isn't very engaging in the preview. Maybe there will be a better, official trailer before (if?) My Life in Ruins opens in theaters (the date of which is unknown). To check it out for yourself, read more

Movie Preview: Harold

"I'm going over the nerd wall and I ain't never going back."

"I'm going over the nerd wall and I ain't never going back." Those are words to live by.

Trying to guess exactly how the film Harold would shape up based on the casting news alone was kinda difficult. There is an odd mix of actors involved, including Cuba Gooding Jr., some Saturday Night Live alums (Rachel Dratch, Colin Quinn, Chris Parnell), '80s star Ally Sheedy, and cute young actors like Spencer Breslin and Nikki Blonsky in her first feature film role since Hairspray.

The trailer is goofy and sweet and makes me laugh. The idea of a kid with premature balding getting picked on is you know, heartbreaking, but I can't help but giggle at people mistaking the poor guy for an elderly person. And Cuba Gooding Jr. actually looks like he may be back on his game, as he seems pretty charming and funny in the preview. The whole thing looks sweetly absurd with something life-affirming at the core.

The movie opens in limited release July 11. To check the trailer, read more
