We're finally closing in on the big day: the announcement of nominees for this year's Oscars! It all goes down this Tuesday, and I've been counting down my picks for who might end up on the Academy's final ballot. A few of the contenders seem pretty obvious — James Cameron for a Best Director nod? Well, obviously! But now let's head into murkier territory with the Best Picture race. This category seems more up in the air than the others (pardon the pun), especially as this year marks the first time since 1943 that we'll have ten films facing off for the title. Here's who I'm thinking will (or should) make the cut.
