Brad Pitt Brings Pax and Maddox to NYC For Megamind Premiere!
Brad Pitt made the trek back to the states from Budapest in order to attend the NYC premiere of his new animated movie Megamind this evening. He hit the red carpet with his costars, but had two very special dates for the evening, his sons Maddox and Pax. The trio snuck out after the screening and Maddox had a blue souvenir balloon with him in the back of the car. Brad talked about the family's Halloween overseas, revealing that he "sort of" dressed as a bunny. He also spoke about their Thanksgiving plans, saying, "I'm not really sure where we'll be for it, but yeah, it'll be overseas. We'll whip up a turkey somewhere." The Jolie-Pitts have been in Hungary while Angelina works on her directorial debut. As usual, they're making their temporary location into a home complete with their playful doggies. Brad also has some movie news to celebrate today as he signed on for an upcoming crime comedy, Cogan's Trade.

Which November Movie Release Are You Most Excited to See?
Monday is the first day of November, and you know what that means: holiday movie season is just around the corner! The box office usually gets a jump start this time of year, thanks to studios banking on those long weekends and frosty temperatures. I've already got high hopes (and revenue predictions) for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I, but which November film most strikes your fancy?

Megamind Trailer: Brad Pitt and Will Ferrell Are Superhero Rivals
Brad Pitt may not have represented Megamind at Comic-Con, but he's a loud and proud presence in the latest Megamind trailer. His voice is, anyway; in the animated flick from Dreamworks, he's Metro Man, a stunningly perfect superhero whom everyone loves. His nemesis is Megamind, voiced by Will Ferrell, who wants nothing more than to bring down Metro Man (as nemeses are wont to do).
The twist of Megamind is that the bad guy defeats the good guy in the first act, and the rest of the movie answers the question of what happens to the villain next. Tina Fey's pipes also star as the scrappy reporter love interest, as do Jonah Hill's as a nerdy cameraman. The funnier-than-average voice cast and script make this kids' movie seem cute, and appealing to more than just kids.

Comic-Con Wrap-Up: Buzz's Top 10 Highlights
Comic-Con 2010 has come and gone, but I'm still reveling in all the fun I had and things I learned about new movies and TV at the panels (go here to find out about any panels you missed!). Yes, it was a crazy four-day blitz, but I had such a great time that I have to recount my top 10 favorite things from Comic-Con. Check them out!
Well Said: Tina Fey on Her Celebrity Crush

"I've sent him over 100 letters . . . And 100 chunks of my hair."
— Tina Fey revealed her unsurprising celebrity crush is Brad Pitt yesterday at Comic-Con. Although Brad is her Megamind costar, the two never met while recording the animated film. But Tina just knows they will one day. I'm thinking Liz Lemon's next love interest?
Comic-Con 2010: Megamind Animates the Crowd
My first panel at Comic-Con, Megamind, kicked things off right: with humor, mystery, and costumes! The animated film from Dreamworks caught the audience by surprise when star voice Will Ferrell showed up on stage — covered in blue face paint and dressed as the title character. He was joined by costars Tina Fey and Jonah Hill, and as the room waited with bated breath to see if Brad Pitt would show up . . . he did! A cardboard stand-up of him, anyway.
Still, Ferrell, Fey, and Hill had no problem warming up the morning crowd without him, cracking jokes about the convention and introducing a few minutes of the movie. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw — as director Tom McGrath said, it's Dreamworks's first superhero movie and the concept turns the genre on its head. While Brad Pitt voices Metro Man, Will Ferrell plays his nemesis, villain Megamind, who bests Metro Man early in the movie and then has to figure out what to do with his new power. Fey's character is the cute reporter on the case, and Hill is a dorky cameraman (with a twist!) who takes a shine to her.
Each actor had a chance to comment on their character and bust out one-liners, so to hear what they had to say about Megamind, plus see tons of photos, just read more
