Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl had their real-life loves Demi Moore and Josh Kelley as red-carpet dates for last night's LA premiere of Killers. Katherine showed off curly brunette locks and a poufy skirt as she cuddled up to Josh during the evening away from their daughter Naleigh. Katherine revealed that they would love to have another baby, perhaps even adopting again. There are concerns about the quality of the movie since producers banned reviews until the day of release, but Demi said it played very well. Ashton and Demi are a long way past the getting to know you stage, but he revealed one way he may have changed their first dinner out. He said, "We had In-N-Out. It's hard to go wrong with that – unless you had a Umami Burger. If you don't go there. . . you're missing out. It's unbelievable. If a Umami Burger existed when we had our first date, I would've taken her to Umami Burger."

Ashton Kutcher really got into his role as a spy in the upcoming action-packed romantic comedy Killers. During a press conference, Collider.com reports that Ashton admitted to accidentally knocking out a stuntman and kicking actor Rob Riggle in the face during the fight scenes. Based on what Ashton says, it sounds like the movie is going to have some pretty fantastic action scenes.

"My stunt guy went to the hospital twice for jumping through glass. I did jump off a boat and I did most of the fight stuff. I bought one of those DVDs off the TV — those exercise tapes. And I put it in and watched it and got in shape. I did some fight training. I learned Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and Kali, which is a Filipino knife fighting."

In case you're wondering what Ashton works out to at home, it's the P90X system, which also counts Pink as a fan. The P90X system is a series of 12 targeted workouts (including yoga, circuit training, and plyometrics) and a nutrition program that promises to transform your body in three months. Ashton's wife, Demi Moore, first started tweeting that the couple were using P90X last year though she had only done the yoga component of the workout series. It looks like the idea of filming Killers was big motivation for Ashton to get in shape. Shortly after getting his P90X system he tweeted, "stepping up the work outs to 2 a days. time to get serious. I'm so paranoid about doing scenes with my shirt off."

As far as knocking out his stuntman goes, Ashton feels pretty bad: "That was a bad ordeal . . . I hurt a lot of people. I should have just let the stunt guy do everything, to be honest, and stuck to just making jokes."

Katherine Heigl put on a long blond wig — in reality her hair is short and dark these days — for an afternoon of reshoots on the LA set of Killers yesterday. She was joined by her "stupid hot" leading man Ashton Kutcher, who was back from playing receptionist at the Twitter office in SF. This week, Katherine officially confirmed her Grey's Anatomy departure with a cheeky EW cover begging for forgiveness. We won't be seeing any more of Izzie Stevens at Seattle Grace, and Katherine says her decision was about her daughter not drama, "I started a family and it changed everything for me. It changed my desire to work full-time." It's been a long time coming for Katherine and these days she seems happier celebrating her work on the big screen and bonding with Naleigh than ever returning to those famous scrubs.

I don't know when action-packed romantic comedies became a Hollywood trend, but it certainly seems to be picking up steam these days. There's Knight and Day, The Bounty Hunter, and now the latest: Killers. Previously titled Five Killers, this one stars Katherine Heigl who meets the man of her dreams (Ashton Kutcher) on a trip to France. The two meet, date, start a happy relationship, until — surprise! — Kutcher's character has a secret life that's jam-packed with guns, explosions, and high-speed car chases. Now that his clueless girlfriend is added to the mix, hilarity ensues. Or not.

I guess the concept here is to churn out films that appeal equally to men and women, but could the message be any more obvious? The trailer literally turns from rom-com to action movie midway through, leaving me scratching my head and rolling my eyes. I'm all for making movies that appeal to both sexes, but there are other, better ways to do it (just check out my list of guy-approved chick flicks). One bonus: I'm a fan of casting Tom Selleck and Katherine O'Hara as Heigl's parents.
