If you still quote comedy I Love You, Man the way the Buzz team does, then you'll get a kick out of Funny or Die's new homage to the film. Jason Segel and Paul Rudd reprise their characters Sydney and Peter to go backstage at a Rush concert for Pete's birthday (complete with show beards). The nods to the film are aplenty, including a "totes magote" and, of course — slappin' da bass. Watch as they're awkwardly confronted in the band's green room!

I Love You, Man
Paul Rudd proves he can be more than just a funny sidekick in his leading role in I Love You, Man. Paul plays Peter, a sensitive guy who genuinely enjoys spending all of his time with his girlfriend. Upon realizing that his wedding party is lacking a best man, Peter sets off on a search for true guy love. He soon finds both fun and trouble in his new friendship with Sydney (Jason Segel).

I really loved exploring the sweeter side of the bromance genre with this movie and I can't wait to see it again. Extra DVD features include a gag reel, Jason Segel discussing whether or not to shave before a man-date, and a mash-up of the movie's bear-hug scenes. Aww.

One of the big reveal moments in I Love You, Man is when Sydney (Jason Segel) shows Peter (Paul Rudd) his man shack. Decked out in leather furniture, a big screen television, Rush albums, and a wall of instruments, it truly is a dude paradise.

While our home doesn't have a man shack, I do sometimes wish there was a man room to accommodate my special someone's dudeness. You know what I mean, ladies — those nights when the music is cranked up to 11 (à la Spinal Tap) or a game of poker is on the agenda. I wouldn't mind the noise and the in-house betting so much if it was in another room (or wing, or house level, for that matter).

Do you have a "man shack" at your casa? Do you think it would improve home relations if you did? Or do you and your better half get along swimmingly while sharing space, no matter what the situation?

This Spring, in the comedy I Love You, Man, we witnessed one of the happiest, liveliest colors a bridesmaid can wear. The maids in the movie wore Nanette Lepore's "Still Free" shift dresses, FYI. Appropriate for a garden, beach, or even indoor wedding (if the reception or party is outdoors), your bridesmaids will thank you. How can one stress on the big day when she's surrounded by chipper yellow best buds? I'm also an advocate of non-bridesmaids bridesmaid dresses for the supporting cast — sourcing a mid-range designer for wear-again cocktail dresses is the way to go. It's thoroughly modern and, again, your bridesmaids will be thankful. What do you think — are you as smitten with this sunshiney bride and her bridesmaids as I am?
