Leighton Meester showed off her dark hair color and bangs on the Boston set of I Hate You, Dad today. She's been rocking ombré locks and beachy waves in recent months, but changed things up for her latest role. Leighton and her Gossip Girl costars are currently on a break from shooting the series and are available to jump into new projects and romantic endeavors. Blake Lively struck up a romance with Leonardo DiCaprio during her travels through France, and just wrapped up her promotional duties for last weekend's box-office champ, Green Lantern. Penn Badgley just nabbed a role in Greetings From Tim Buckley as the legendary singer, a job that should allow him to show off his vocal skills. Leighton is a solid singer herself and even performed last week at the Troubadour in LA. Leighton teams up with another hot artist, Selena Gomez, in next month's tween caper Monte Carlo.
Sandler and Samberg Are Like Father, Like Son
Have you ever wondered what it would be like if Adam Sandler had a son that grew up to be just like him? You know, a cute if goofy-looking guy who's a regular on Saturday Night Live and writes silly songs on a regular basis? Sounds a lot like Andy Samberg, am I right? Well, we're about to find out just how much Sandler and Samberg actually have in common: the funny pair are set to star as father and son in the upcoming comedy I Hate You Dad.

Samberg will play a groom-to-be whose dad moves in with him and starts feuding with his future wife on the night before their big day. And, uh, judging from the title, it sounds like Samberg is none too pleased about his father's imposition. Sandler has never had a problem playing an irritating hanger-on, but can you see him as the father of a kid who's all grown up? I've got high hopes for this one, if only just to see what kind of comedic chemistry Sandler and Samberg will have as a big-screen duo. Hey, maybe they'll even find a spot in the movie for a duet.
