Ghost Angeles

Rachel Bilson wrapped up her trip to Italy for Milan Fashion Week by making a pizza pit stop yesterday before heading to the airport today. Rachel has focused on stylish matters all month, and she kicked things off by attending Fashion's Night Out a few weeks ago in NYC. Rachel looked especially glam in booties and a black blazer as she posed for photos at Roberto Cavalli over the weekend, and her fans will get a chance to see much more of the chic starlet soon. After kissing a girl on the season premiere of How I Met Your Mother, she'll be back on the small screen as the female lead in O.C. creator and good friend Josh Schwartz's upcoming series Ghost Angeles!

Josh Schwartz is bringing Rachel Bilson back to the small screen! The producer/writer and his O.C. star are joining forces once again, this time for a new hour-long rom-com for NBC. Called Ghost Angeles, the series will center on Bilson's character, a woman living in Los Angeles who can — to quote The Sixth Sense — see dead people. Using her talents, she tries to help spirits who in turn help her.

Don't get me wrong, I'm giddy to see these two team up, but didn't we already tackle a similar story with The Ghost Whisperer? Even so, if anyone can take a tired-sounding premise and make it hip-to-the-kids, it's Schwartz. Bring on the sassy banter!
