Blake Lively made her way to the Good Morning America studios this morning in a bright red Michael Kors suit and a pair of strappy Christian Louboutin heels. Blake made a quick trip to NYC after premiering her latest movie, Savages, in LA on Monday evening. She made a splash on the red carpet there in a curve-hugging, strapless gown by Zuhair Murad and has been rolling out several high-fashion looks as she promotes the project. Last night, she visited with David Letterman before getting up bright and early for today's morning-show stop, where she signed autographs for fans outside.

Beyond Blake's film with Salma Hayek, Taylor Kitsch, and John Travolta, she has another new role and a return to TV to celebrate. Blake is the new face of Gucci's fragrance, and Gossip Girl will be back on the CW in the Fall for a sixth season. See where Blake's busy year placed her in this year's Pop 100!

Liam Hemsworth dropped by GMA studios in NYC for a quick chat this morning. The Hunger Games star's schedule is packed with appearances leading up to Friday's release of the film. Liam joined Josh Hutcherson in Toronto last night for the Canadian premiere, and later this week he'll return to the West Coast to pay Ellen DeGeneres a visit. Liam's been praising the talents of his costars Josh and Jennifer Lawrence but this morning he also gave a shout out to his big brother Chris Hemsworth, whom he called "one of my biggest role models."

The entire cast's been spreading the word about the film and it seems like the strategy has worked. Tickets have been on sale for a month, with die-hard fans expected to fill theaters at midnight on Thursday to be among the first to see the epic saga hit the big screen. This morning it was the battle hymn of the tiger father on Good Morning America when George Stephanopoulos interviewed Jed Rubenfeld, Amy Chua's husband, a Yale law professor, and best-selling author. He said while dealing with the book's publicity has been difficult, the fact that it sparked an international conversation is "tremendous." In regards to Chua's parenting techniques, Rubenfeld said, “99% of the time absolutely I agreed with it, because as I was saying for me these were traditional American values, not Asian. So yes, I was on board with it,” And, he applauds his wife for her honesty. "I wasn't totally crazy about being a character in somebody else's book and so I said I'd rather be kept in the background.
