Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman Show Love on a Lunch Date

Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman took a Saturday stroll through the Los Feliz neighborhood of LA. The Revenge costars, and real-life couple, walked hand in hand on their lunch date wearing matching Ray-Bans. Emily may have paired hers with a vintage Superman shirt, but the actress was recently cast as the new love interest of Captain America in the superhero sequel The Winter Soldier. Emily will team up with Chris Evans in the film, predicted for an April 2014 release, but in the meantime, she and her current leading man have gone to work saving the world on their own.

Josh and Emily did a PSA for the World Wildlife Fund last month to educate consumers on the poaching of wildlife in their new "Hands Off My Parts" campaign. The two showed a little PDA on that set, much like they have while filming their own show in the nearly two years since they've been dating. Josh and Emily were back in action on the small screen last night when Revenge returned to ABC after a three-week hiatus.

Christa B. Allen showcased a sweet fit-and-flare, collared confection with a sheer-inset and sequined bodice, which she completed with a pair of right-on-trend metallic pumps. Emily VanCamp veered toward the opposite end of the spectrum, opting for a menswear-inspired riff on suiting in classic black and white, with a pair of equally traditional black heels to finish it off. Meanwhile, Ashley Madekwe took the opportunity to show off something a little more colorful, stepping out in a bright pink minidress with studded detailing and a pair of simple ankle-strap evening sandals. Emily VanCamp and Joshua Bowman got affectionate and giggly while on the set of a new PSA in LA yesterday. The couple hugged each other and started to burst into laughter when they spotted something funny. Emily tweeted that the two filmed a PSA for the World Wildlife Fund. The new ad will focus on the WWF's "Hands Off My Parts" campaign, which aims to educate consumers about wildlife poaching of elephants, rhinos, and tigers. Doing good for animals isn't the only project Emily has on her plate. Emily VanCamp was cast in the upcoming Captain America film, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, as Chris Evans's love interest.

Emily VanCamp embraced her costar Barry Sloane on the rainy LA set of Revenge yesterday. The duo's onscreen romance appears to be heating up, though we'll have to wait until a new episode airs on Sunday for the latest between their characters. Last week's Revenge episode was a flashback to 2006, showing Emily's real-life love, Joshua Bowman, as a college student and Gabriel Mann starting out in business. Gabriel and a few other cast members stepped out last night for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle's Golden Globes party, where they chatted with us on the red carpet. Gabriel revealed that he has yet to make plans for New Year's Eve while Christa B. Allen shared her hopes that onscreen mom Madeleine Stowe receive a Golden Globe nomination. Inside the event, Christa posed with Ashley Madekwe, who snapped a picture of them together on Instagram.

Revenge star Emily VanCamp is officially a Hollywood "It" Girl, thanks to her leading lady role on the hit ABC series, and she definitely wears it well! The 26-year-old femme fatale just so happens to be in the best shape of her life, due to regular workouts with celebrity trainer Lalo Fuentes, CSCS.

“I’ve always loved yoga and Pilates, but Lalo has taken my workouts to a different level. Combining work on land mixed with pool exercises, we have found an incredible routine that really works for my body and gets me into shape fast for upcoming projects,” VanCamp says.

We went one-on-one with the powerhouse fitness pro (who has worked with slew of other sexy stars from top models to famous actors), where he dished on VanCamp’s butt-blasting workout and more!

SHAPE: Thanks for connecting with us! How long have you been working with Emily VanCamp? We’re such big fans!
Lalo Fuentes (LF): I’ve been working with her a little over a year. She always looks great on camera, but for Revenge, she wanted a dancer’s body and to be a little more toned with a stronger core. She is such a hard-working young woman! She absolutely gives 100 percent during every workout.

SHAPE: What is your fitness technique?
LF: My technique that I use with all of my clients is the "freeze technique." It’s basically about stopping on each point of the move for a quick second, which permits your brain to connect with the muscles you want to work. For example, if you are doing a squat, you want to stop on the lower part of the move, focus on the muscle you want to emphasize (in this case your glutes), and stand up or finish the move, squeezing your muscles from there. When you're in a standing position, you'll want to keep squeezing your butt until you start the next repetition. The trick is not to finish "X" amount of repetitions, but instead to make the move more efficient, burn more calories in less time, get a burn with less weight, and get in shape faster!

Inside last night's GQ Men of the Year party, celebs let loose at LA's Chateau Marmont. Rihanna, who celebrated being named the magazine's Obsession of the Year, made the rounds saying hi to guys like James Marsden, Frank Ocean, and Jamie Foxx. She even posed for some silly photos with Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet. Eric seemed to be pretty popular at the bash, and also said cheese alongside Ali Larter and Rashida Jones. Revenge gang Emily VanCamp, Ashley Madekwe, Christa B. Allen, Connor Paolo, and Joshua Bowman hung out too. Real-life couple Emily and Josh were too cute posing with another of their small-screen costars, Gabriel Mann. There were other fun celeb friendships blossoming. GQ hosted their Men of the Year party at LA's Chateau Marmont last night. Ben Affleck was on hand to celebrate his honor after a big year that's included the release of his hit movie Argo and the birth of his third child, a son named Samuel. Ben shared the honor with Channing Tatum, who today was also named People's Sexiest Man of the Year. Channing wasn't able to attend the bash, but he was represented by his wife, Jenna Dewan. Rihanna earned the magazine's title of Obsession of the Year, and she swung by the Chateau in a hot red dress from Calvin Klein. Also out to celebrate with GQ was a Cushnie et Ochs-clad Diane Kruger, and a whole group from Revenge that included a Reem Acra-wearing Emily VanCamp, Joshua Bowman, Christa B. Allen, and Ashley Madekwe.

The annual event brought out plenty of stars to toast Ben, Channing, and Rihanna. Adam Brody, Chace Crawford, Max Greenfield - another of People's hottest men of 2012 - and Seth MacFarlane mingled together. Alessandra Ambrosio, in Sally LaPointe, celebrated a week after the Victoria's Secret show with her fellow Angel Erin Heatherton. A new episode aired last night and the drama with Emily's onscreen character continued. She chatted about her role during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last week, and also talked about visiting her sister and brother-in-law in Japan over the Summer. Emily had a trip with Josh too - Emily and Josh also traveled to Monaco, where they showed PDA poolside.
