Josh Duhamel looked super hot showing off his stroke at the ESPY Celebrity Golf Classic in LA yesterday. He was even sporting his favorite golf shirt to complete the manjoyment look. He competed against DL Hughley and Don Cheadle for charity, but it doesn't look like Fergie was there to cheer him on. We're sure he would have enjoyed her company in the golf cart, but at least she got to have her cute fiance back at the end of the long day on the course.

It's true that Will Smith and the rest of the gang on "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" made that show the lovable comedy it was, but the recast lists you all submitted for this week's recast challenge would definitely make for an interesting show if it were to be remade! I very much enjoyed the idea of Chiwetel Ejiofor as Geoffrey, which several of you suggested. I also liked Livience's pick of Bow Wow (formerly Lil Bow Wow) for the part of Will, and cashmere80's idea of Merrin Dungey as Vivian. Meekie53's pick for Chi McBride as Uncle Phil is so perfect, it turns out McBride actually made an appearance on "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" in 1992! And finally, a shout-out to pinkflats: Congratulations on reaching gold status while submitting a recast list for this challenge! You always have some great ideas, pinkflats.

Last week, we considered "Designing Women," the show about four sassy Southern belles (and an ex-con) who run an interior-design business. Oddly, of all of the classics we've Recast so far — from Casablanca to "Cheers" — this one elicited the most hew and cry about tampering with perfection.

But you persevered with some clever choices: WhiplashGirlchild's paired "SNL" alums Amy Poehler as Mary Jo and Tim Meadow as Anthony, and PinkRabbit also had some great ideas, including Melanie Lynskey for the Suzanne Role. Last night was the VH1 Big in '06 Awards that celebrated everything that was big news this past year. Okay, not everything, but those that are worth laughing about. The show was hosted by DL Hughley from Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and it was clear immediately that the show was just for fun. It was obviously inspired by VH1's I Love the 80s series with comedians making snarky comments about everything, especially the nominees themselves. So it's probably a good thing that Britney skipped it to celebrate her birthday. The show had quite a lot of laughs at her expense (insert underwear joke here). And when she won for Big Mama (yes that was the category), comedian Brody Stevens said she'll land on her feet because "she's going to get any gig that Jessica Simpson says no to." Ouch! Big winners included JT, BFFs Britney and Paris, Kiefer and Katharine McPhee.
