Music Video: Chad Michael Murray Woos Alicia Keys, Wears a Mullet in "Unthinkable"
One Tree Hill guy Chad Michael Murray cameos in Alicia Keys's latest music video for "Unthinkable (I'm Ready)." The two play an interracial couple spanning several decades, as they try to overcome prejudice from family. It's a great song, but unfortunately it's easy to get distracted what with the Nokia product placement and Murray's ever changing haircuts (a mullet? So '80s!). That being said, the boy has truly mastered the smoldering stare. Try not to look directly in his eyes, lest you turn to stone, when you read more
Big Changes Coming to One Tree Hill

Things are going to be looking a little different around Tree Hill come season seven. The show's cast is getting a pretty substantial makeover — and it may mean even more dramatic changes for the show than the flash forward OTH put in place a couple of years back. The news may be spoilery, so I've left it behind the jump, but if you're ready to talk about it, just read more

TV Tonight: The Return of One Tree Hill

The college years are never kind to teen shows. (Remember what happened to poor Saved by the Bell?) So when One Tree Hill was renewed for a fifth season following its characters' high school graduation, the show's producers came up with a novel way to avoid the problem: Skip college altogether.
When One Tree Hill returns tonight, it will be four years since we last visited with Lucas, Brooke, Peyton, and the rest of the Tree Hill gang. To fill in the gap, the CW created a series of fast-forwards, as well as a cast list cheat sheet to help us keep track of the newcomers to the show. But what's yet to be determined is how our now far-flung characters interact now that they're young professionals with lives of their own. With any luck, that question will be answered during tonight's two-episode season premiere. Also coming up this season: Kevin Federline.
If you're a huge fan, you might also want to check out this contest offering eight fans walk-on roles on the show this season. Meanwhile, to watch a preview for the season and see some clips of the older, wiser Brooke and Lucas, just read more
One Tree Hill Flashes Forward

When teen soap One Tree Hill returns to television this January, things will look a little different for the gang. For one thing, they won't be teenagers anymore. The show is flashing forward, catching up with the characters post-college once they're out working on their own. (No "the college years are the best years of your life!" sentimentality here, eh?)
To help fill in the gaps, the CW is putting out a series of fast-forwards showing where the characters have ended up. Three of the six episodes are out now, chronicling the lives of Brooke, Peyton and Lucas.
In brief: Brooke has a clothing line of her own and is being stalked by paparazzi; Lucas is writing, coaching basketball, and looking a little scuzzy (sorry, Chad Michael Murray fans); and Peyton is working for a record label in LA. It seems like they've all landed on their feet after Tree Hill — so far, anyway.
Fans, how are you feeling about the jump forward? Do you like seeing what the characters are like now that they've grown up? And will there be a good way to bring the gang back together? To watch a promo with more of what's coming up in season five, just read more
The Results Are In: Recast Saved by the Bell
Every Wednesday on BuzzSugar, I post a Recast challenge, where I ask you to choose new actors for a classic TV show or movie. The reader who submits the best cast wins a BuzzSugar t-shirt!
Oh, how I wish this show were still on TV! But alas, Saved by the Bell lives on only in reruns, on DVD and in my fond memories. Though the original cast was priceless, you all thought of some fantastic new cast lists for this recast challenge. I enjoyed the suggestions put forth for recasting Mr. Belding in particular, from bart simpson's pick of Rainn Wilson and syako's idea of Alec Baldwin to alynn's Kevin Nealon suggestion.
Also, the idea of Whitney from The Hills playing Jessie, as shopper10024 suggested, made me laugh out loud.
Yet my favorite recast list this week comes from mdeezy! To see who mdeezy picked, along with a new cast photo, read more
TV Tonight: The "One Tree Hill" Season Finale

The dysfunctional teenagers of "One Tree Hill" are back tonight for one final high school hurrah. Rachel returns to host a graduation party for the senior class, at which all kinds of wackiness is sure to ensue.
Not only is tonight's episode the season finale, it's also our last chance to see "One Tree Hill" the way we've always known it. When the show returns next year for its fifth season, it will be dramatically retooled, jumping four years into the future. Online college diaries will start appearing online in the fall to help fill in the gaps, but that still sounds like a lot of time to skip. What stories would you like to see wrapped up before the four-year leap? To watch a preview for tonight's episode, read more
