Director Bill Condon knew he was taking on a major challenge when he signed on for both Part 1 and Part 2 of Breaking Dawn. We caught up with the man behind the upcoming fourth installment in the Twilight saga at the movie's press day in Beverly Hills recently, where we talked about how he struck the story's balance of horror and romance. Now that it's confirmed Breaking Dawn will be broken into two films, we came up with a wish list of scenes we want director Bill Condon to give more time to.
Before Bill Condon was confirmed to direct Breaking Dawn, there were already plenty of concerns about how the fourth Twilight installment, with its myriad challenges, would translate to film.
Perhaps to quell concerns about the book's adaptation, Condon has taken to his Facebook page and posted an open letter to fans. The director is mainly assuring us that he's educating himself on all things Twilight and that he'll be more than able to shift from the musical films he's known for into the dark work that Breaking Dawn has to be.
