Sarah Jessica Parker was by Matthew Broderick's side last night for an NBC party celebrating the premiere of the new series Smash. Many of the show's stars hit the red carpet, including Anjelica Huston, Debra Messing, Katherine McPhee, Uma Thurman, and Megan Hilty. The event came a week before Smash's premiere airs on Feb. 6 — find out what we think of the Smash pilot. It's an ambitious project from NBC and executive producer Steven Spielberg about theater people trying to do a Broadway version of Marilyn Monroe's life. The cast was recently together on the West Coast to talk about their midseason debut and the inevitable comparisons to another popular musical program, Glee. Producer Craig Zadan spoke about a possible rivalry at the TCAs, saying, "I don't think the show is like Glee, but we feel grateful to Glee for opening that door."
Debra Messing mingled with the other actors at the event, and apparently even met her new guy's parents! Debra Messing is dating costar Will Chase after separating from her husband Daniel Zelman. Yesterday, Debra met Will's mother and father at a dinner near the Temple of Dendur at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Bill Murray Reunite to Mark 10 Years Since Tenenbaums
Gwyneth Paltrow took the stage at the New York Film Festival for a special event honoring the 10-year anniversary of The Royal Tenenbaums. In the movie, Gwyneth memorably played the kooky character Margot — and on every Oct. 31 since 2001, there have been plenty of people dressed up in Margot Tenenbaum costumes! Gwyneth joined costars Bill Murray and Anjelica Huston for pictures and a Q&A session with director Wes Anderson as well as co-writer Noah Baumbach. She tweeted a photo from the event, captioning it, "Leaving a special 10th anniversary screening of The Royal Tenenbaums at the NY film festival. I can't believe I'm Margot." The evening of reminiscence came for Gwyneth during a break from her latest Big Apple project. Gwyneth's filming Thanks For Sharing with Mark Ruffalo, and work on that project has taken them from Central Park to Brooklyn and Harlem.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Seth Rogen Celebrate 50/50 With Anna Kendrick
The stars of 50/50 gathered at NYC's Ziegfeld Theater last night in order to toast their East Coast premiere. Seth Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt posed for photos with Anna Kendrick, who wore a side-swept updo, ahead of the screening, and then reconvened afterward for a bash at the Four Seasons restaurant. It's a big month for Seth, who's rumored to be tying the knot with longtime girlfriend Lauren Miller in the coming weeks. Lauren was on hand for his latest big evening, decked out in a pink plaid dress. Joe was apparently early for the whole affair and tweeted from his car beforehand. He wrote, "Not allowed to be early to a premiere. So yeah, sitting in a parked car." His good humor was also in evidence during the film's junket up in Toronto. We caught a few minutes with the actor, and Joseph dished about The Dark Knight Rises, music, and more.
Fashion Week Rolls On With Kirsten, Vanessa, Chace, and Happy Couples
The Fashion Week fun kept coming yesterday in NYC, with Vanessa Hudgens continuing her front-row occupation by attending the Diesel Black Gold presentation alongside Chace Crawford. Vanessa, who's enjoying her very first immersion at the Lincoln Center tents, kept the photographs coming when she checked out hot pink-embellished Tibi with Olivia Palermo. Kirsten Dunst and Sofia Coppola joined forces with Kanye West himself to see the latest Rodarte creations, as Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld supported her pal Narciso Rodriguez. Rachel Roy, meanwhile, had Olivia and Dexter's Jennifer Carpenter turn out to see her knit-heavy collection. Michael Kors welcomed pals Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas to his show today, along with Emma Roberts, Bette Midler, Debra Messing, and Anjelica Huston. Vanessa treated herself to another day of dressing up as well for this morning's Yigal Azrouel extravaganza with Boardwalk Empire's Paz de la Huerta. Eyebrow Evolution: Shapes, Styles, and Trends of Decades Past
Most of you prefer heavier eyebrows, but just like hairstyles, makeup shades, and clothing fashions, different shapes and textures of eyebrows go in and out of style over time. In the the '20s and '30s, it was all about thin, dramatic brows with lots of curves. In the '80s, it was all about a bigger-the-better attitude. And then there were the '90s, when brows were so thin, tweezers never got a break. So let's take a peek at some of the most memorable eyebrow styles over decades past. Which era stands out most for you?
Photos: Kristen Stewart Slips Off Her Heels and Goes Barefoot at VF Party!
Kristen Stewart looked stunning on the Oscars red carpet last night and had Taylor Lautner's arm to help stay solid on her feet when she stepped out to present. As the evening rolled on, however, Kristen had to do what so many other women must have, too: she kicked off her high heels and went barefoot at the Vanity Fair afterparty! Kristen's dramatic train on her Monique Lhuillier gown covered up her shoeless feet while her beautiful updo remained perfect – find out how to get Kristen Stewart's Oscar hair here. She stuck with Taylor for much of the night but also chatted with fellow actresses like Julianne Moore inside the party. Academy Awards Sunday can be quite the marathon, and Kristen ducked out before the party ended, slipping into the back of her awaiting car and hopefully not stepping on anything sharp.

Fab Ad: Badgley Mischka Celebrates 20 Years With a Star-Studded Campaign
Badgley Mischka is celebrating 20 years of decadent design with some of their favorite Hollywood clients. After all, if it weren't for them, the brand wouldn't be as popular as it is today. Shot by Annie Leibovitz, the designing duo enlisted Eva Longoria, Carrie Underwood, Brooke Shields, Lauren Hutton, and Anjelica Huston to pose alongside them in an array of their decadent couture gowns — luckies! “Obviously it shows we believe in glamour more than ever. It’s what we do and what we love to do,” said Badgley.
It may look dingy at first glance, but the dark backdrop in Paramount Studios only brings more attention to the designers' intricate creations. My favorite has to Carrie Underwood in the lovely lavender ruffled frock. "I love Badgley Mischka for not only making the most beautiful gowns, but also for bringing together such strong, amazing women to celebrate 20 years of glamour and fashion," said Underwood. You can't go wrong with beautiful dresses and dazzling stars. I love this, do you?
Movie Preview: Choke

Hey, all you fans of Fight Club author Chuck Palahniuk — the trailer from the movie adaptation of his fourth book Choke is tonally what one might expect from him: quite dark and post-modern in its despair, with an odd, social outcast as the main character. Oh, and funny, of course. Also, just like Fight Club, there are group therapy scenes as this character is a bit of a sex addict.
The movie received a lot of good buzz coming out of this year's Sundance Film Festival, even winning the Special Jury Prize. The film hits theaters August 1 and stars Sam Rockwell, Anjelica Houston, and an actress I'm always excited to see onscreen again (especially after her performance in No Country for Old Men), Kelly Macdonald.

Supermodels and Marc Make for a Super Party
Musicians, actors and supermodels joined Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton to celebrate the opening of Takashi Murakami's new exhibit in LA. Marc was still rocking the blue hair from Kate Hudson's party on Saturday night, but sadly he left his cheerleader costume at home. Also, debuting a new hair color was Christina Ricci, who lightened up her jet black locks. Bella wants to know which you prefer — light or dark haired Christina? And speaking of hair, isn't Portia looking a little too Rachel Zoe? The busiest man in showbiz, Ryan Seacrest, found time to support Marc and Takashi. In not so shocking news, Kanye West performed at the party...because he will literally perform anywhere these days...someone hire him for a company holiday party please.

- "Heroes" is getting its second "Star Trek" guest star: Nichelle Nichols — aka Uhura — will play the grandmother of new hero Monica. George "Sulu" Takei played Hiro's father last season.
- "The Today Show" has named its cohosts for when it expands to a fourth hour in September: Ann Curry, Natalie Morales and Hoda Kotb will host the show, while several guest hosts including Tiki Barber and Giada De Laurentiis will also chip in.
