There was lots of action going down backstage at last night's MTV Movie Awards. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart didn't hold back on the PDA as they posed for photos, even ranking as one of the evening's cutest couples. He and Kristen did separate long enough to smile alongside other people. Kristen stole a moment with Lily Collins, while popular Robert made a Chelsea Handler sandwich with Patrick Dempsey. Emma Watson was caught in a rare moment of having her makeup done, and Jason Segel was the lucky guy to say cheese between Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon.
