Zac Efron is all over the place these days promoting his new movie 17 Again. The title alone has got me thinking about my teenage years, and while I have no complaints about my past, I don't think I'd want to relive high school. The carefree lifestyle would be nice, but I could go without the drama and the uncertainty of being a teenager. That's just my opinion though, so do tell, would you ever want to be 17 again?

Now that he's conquered Sydney and Paris, Zac Efron moved to London yesterday to keep right on promoting 17 Again with another premiere. He has his hands full between the red carpets, interviews, and autographs, but Zac's still finding time to make moves behind the scenes. After dropping out of Footloose earlier in the week, Zac's now in talks to star in a drama, The Life and Death of Charlie St. Cloud. There hasn't been a dull moment lately for the rising star, and it seems like his hot streak is going to continue straight through the Summer.

Zac Efron kept it casual and looked a little lonely on the red carpet at the 17 Again photo call and premiere in Paris today. He was happy to greet some fans and sign autographs before heading inside. You were mostly split about whether it's good or bad news that he dropped out of the Footloose remake to focus on more mature projects. His audience might be ready to grow up out of High School Musical with him, though it will probably be a while before he stops being greeted wherever he goes by wild screaming girls.

Zac Efron trekked all the way to Australia for the premiere of 17 Again in Sydney earlier today. He didn't have his costars or Vanessa Hudgens by his side, but Taylor Swift kept him company on the red carpet. Taylor is in town for a concert tomorrow night, but she seemed more than happy to add some star power to Zac's premiere before he takes his movie back home for the April 17 release date.

Sure, 17 Again looks an awful lot like Big in reverse (or one half of Freaky Friday), but you know what? The trailer looks really cute. Matthew Perry plays a down-on-his-luck dad who gets the chance to be 17 years old again (this is where Zac Efron comes in). So, he enrolls in his kids' high school and befriends them. He learns that his daughter is dating a nasty boy and tries to give her advice.
The whole cast is super charming, and I'm actually most impressed with Efron who does funny really well — but without trying too hard or making it awkward. 17 Again opens April 17 (nice date/title match-up there). To check out the trailer, read more
