Courteney Cox: The Friends Reunion Is "Not Gonna Happen"

Don't keep holding out for a Friends reunion, because, as Courteney Cox explains it, it is "not gonna happen." The actress appeared on The Late Show on Monday night where host David Letterman asked her about the possibility of a Friends reunion, which there has been rumors about pretty much ever since the show went off the air in 2004. As Courteney explains, it is hard to organize and she can't even get the cast together for a group dinner without there being conflicts or cancellations. "I mean I can get the girls to come, maybe Matthew Perry," Courteney said, "Matt LeBlanc cancelled last time right at the last minute, David Schwimmer lives here (in NYC), so, it's just not gonna happen." Of course, Friends cocreator Marta Kauffman had shot down any possibility of a reunion last year, but fans were still hoping for some kind of miracle. Still, they did get a treat last May when Jennifer Aniston hosted a mini reunion on The Ellen DeGeneres Show with Courteney and Matthew Perry.
