A while back, I told you about "Burn Notice," the new USA show about an exposed spy trying to figure out who let his name be known, starring Jeffrey Donovan and Bruce Campbell. It got a commercial-free premiere after the final episode of "The Starter Wife" and ended up pulling in 4 million viewers, even more than the "Starter Wife" finale.
It's normal for a show to drop some viewers after its premiere, but not "Burn Notice." Last week — a holiday week, no less — "Burn Notice" stayed steady. I haven't been watching the show, but numbers like this, plus some strong reviews, make me think it must have something good going for it. Tell me: Are you watching "Burn Notice"? And, if so, why should I check it out?

7I love this show. Donovan is great with his sarcastic voice overs. Love the whole cast! It's the only summer show I'm excited about.
8I was looking forward to it, but after falling asleep during the premiere episode, I gave up on it. Hot lead actor though, that's for sure!
9The stories are well written, the acting is good, the premise is interesting, and hey, Bruce Campbell too. What more could you want?

12The show is quite good! Jeff Donovan is believable as a "Burned" Spy with family and commitment issues. The girlfriend is TOTALLY cool and there are several plot lines that can be made for him and her as well as him and his mother AND him and his brother (who it appears has YET to be cast!).
Also, he could begin to deal with the issues of growing up with an abusive father and how THAT shaped his life and lead him to be a Spy and from what it appears a dang good one!
13I started watching because I am a HUGE Bruce Campbell fan. I am now hooked, and last week my husband got hooked. I don't know who Jeffrey Donovan is, but he has a great smile.
14I caught the first episode and loved it. Missed it last week, but I'm going to try and make a habit of catching it. I loves me some Bruce Campbell too.

16I love Jeff Donovan, I saw him on an episode of 'Monk', he was great. This show is pretty cool. I have already added it to my list of dvr'd shows.
