This summer we've got Batman, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk coming to theaters near us. There's a Wolverine film in the works, the Watchmen movie, a Justice League of America flick and a Green Hornet adaptation. There have been murmurings about another Superman movie, Spider-Man 4 and a Green Lantern project, among heaps of others.
Just recently we got news of an adaptation of the Harbinger comic, about a team of teenage outcasts with superpowers which will be directed by Brett Ratner (whether or not Brett Ratner should be allowed to make more movies is another poll altogether).
Is enough enough when it comes to comic book adaptations? Or are comics an endless well of classic stories?

As long as they rock out keep them coming it's better than the crap we've been subjected to lately(awake, the hottie adn the nottie etc etc)
1I'm not a comic book fan anyway, so I avoid these movies. The Superman and Batman movies were OK, and even Spiderman, but I have no interest in seeing any more.
2Comic nerd over here and I'll never be sick of them. It's an endless amount of source material and as long as they don't have people screwing with origins and classic characters (ahem...Brett Ratner), I'm totally okay with it. Most of the adaptations stay pretty true to the source material and make good, intelligent changes. It's really cool to see these stories come to life on the big screen!
3I LOVE these movies. I live for the next one to be released. I mean have you seen the iron man trailer? How bout the batman trailer????? Really?????? How can you resist?
4I am not really sick of them per se... I just wished the writers wouldn't butcher the story lines so badly. I mean the Hulk was a disaster and Ghost Rider could have had a lot more potential....Electra was the worse though by far IMO I love Jen Garner but this movie was just so wrong on so many levels.
5If it's a superhero I like and the film is good, then I'm fine with it. Otherwise, I'm not really bothered.
6i really do think that enough is enough - especially since we've seen that historically speaking they don't really make that much money. i think that Spiderman, Batman and Superman were really the best money makers, with X-men coming in after them, but all these little one-offs...that's just too much!
7I have to agree with nyaradzom2001, a lot of these comic book movies are better than the crap some "original" screenwriters are putting out. Oh and what about all these remakes of 80's movies I keep hearing about? DId we really need another "Prom Night"?
8I like the Batman and Superman movies, but thats about it. I mean the Spider-Man movies are good, but I'm just not that invested in them.
9I hate comic books!
10I'm not huge comic book person but I actually like the cmic book movies. Well mainly the Spider Man movies because I liek that they balance the story and the action. As long as I nver have to watch Ang Lee's Incredible Hulk again they're ok with me
11no, i can never get tired of fantasy worlds. not all of them are good but they are always entertaining.
12I say keep 'em coming! I LOVE comicbook movie adaptations! And I'm not even a rabid comicbook reader. Not all of them are great, but that's what makes them fun to watch, you get to diss the bad ones with your geeky guy friends after!
13I hate the crappy ones (Hulk, Electra, Ghost Rider) and think Hollywood needs to have more creative and original ideas overall, but I am still looking forward to the good ones that look like they were well done like Ironman and Batman.
Like any movie, I just want it to be good.
14I'm with Phasekitty!
15Yes! I've always truly hated comic book adaptations to be totally honest...
16Tired of them except for Hellboy and Constantine. Once they ruined my favorite comic book X-Men with those movies - I was finished forever except for the aforementioned adaptations.
17No,I'm not getting sick of it.
