Would You Watch a Movie About Real High School Musicals?

No Zac Efron. No Disney. No intensive screening process. Just the real-life histrionics of high schoolers experiencing the highs and lows of musical theater. Having witnessed the extreme success of Disney's High School Musical movies, Showtime will be creating a documentary that presents "a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the cutthroat world of high school musicals in Southern Indiana."

What do you think about this idea? Will it be really entertaining, or just difficult to watch?

I'd prefer a documentary on the cutthroat world of the debate club. Now that's some intense verbal assault, y'all. I can picture it now. "Welcome to a world where competitive younglings stab each other... with WORDS."

No, i wouldnt watch it! I like the one on tv but i dont think i would wanna deal with that kind of reality show....i know i will find it sickening...and in the south too, i could only imagine.....

Maybe, if it's a one time documentary. I wouldn't watch it if they turned it into a weekly reality show.

i would SO watch this....i definitely spent my high schools years as a theater geek, and watching it would be hilarious!

Actually, my high school put on some genuinely impressive musicals. Not of the, "Well that was good for a high school show" variety either. We did Wizard of Oz and it was brilliant. I went to a very affluent private school though.

for me this is a no-miss. many moons ago i ran in the dangerous circles of central Indiana high school musical theater. hell yeah i still remember all the songs from Guys and Dolls!!
