Would You Watch a Jennifer Lopez Reality Show?

Jennifer Lopez and her twins have been big — and adorable — news this Spring, and now it's sounding like we'll get a chance to glimpse the babies on a regular basis from the comfort of our couches. Lopez will be creating and starring in her own reality show for TLC showing her juggling her career and her life as a new mom.

I'm a little surprised J. Lo would take this on — and TLC doesn't seem like her kind of network. Then again, maybe it's all part of separating herself from her old image. Could you see yourself watching her show?

It's all good as long as homegirl doesn't use her babies to gain attention. She should work her own ass up to the top again! The woman claims to not like it when people call her JLO, but guess what? JLO is who we love!! Cos JLO was this bitchen diva who just doesn't give a shit. That was hot! Jennifer Lopez is just plain boring. JLO = ultimate megastar in history. Oh yea, doesn't anyone remember her MTV special for Sweetface runaway show? Would you call that a reality show? No, I think not and it sounds like this show is in that vein, not a "Bobby and Whitney" or "Newlyweds" type thing. If it were anyone else I might say that it was a bad sign, but I don't think this diminishes Jenn's accomplishments or any of her talents. She has fulfilled and worked hard to attain success and realize her dreams. She is an absolute romantic and driven all in one...and yet she has grown up and has settled more into herself. People begrudge her any of her past successes and I"m not sure why. I honestly think some people are prejudiced against unabashed strong women and/or a girl (women) of Hispanic descent (Puerto Rican origin) that has accomplished soo much.

People really jumped the gun on this. It's not a reality show if it's not a full on series... "Jennifer Lopez will be letting TV cameras into her life — just not her entire life. 'The recent show Jennifer Lopez plans to produce for TLC is not a reality show,” says her manager, Simon Fields. “It’s a show that will track the creation, production and eventual launch of a new fragrance. Jennifer will appear in a creative, entrepreneurial capacity and will absolutely not feature her children and family life.' There is no broadcast date set for the show, but Fields says it will be this year ” Not to mention it's the Learning Channel not VH1 or MTV. Who said that this isn't her kind of channel? Maybe she has other interests than just singing/acting. Plus this will allow her more time with her kids and still allow her to get out of the house. At least it's better than, say, MTV...now that would be waaay obvious. Not to I love to watch "Jon and Kate + Eight," would y'all say the same thing about them? That they are exploitative? I could go on and on...

Why don't you just go suck up her ass and maybe she will give you a dollar. If you didn't reply on my comment in the first place, I wouldn't be replying back to your comment also! I know you're a fan. It's obvious. But does it really mean that you have to worship her for everything she does? You should be looking up to your own mom for raising you, not praising JLO for having $$$ to hire nannies so she can have free time and come up with a such a stupid idea for a reality tv show. crazyana, The point is, her babies are selling things for her more than her actual work. That's why she wants to use her babies again! I don't care if her albums sell 100 million copies or one copy. The things is she's just a shameful mother for wanting to do something like this! So what? What's so special about her juggling her career and life as a new mom? A billion other moms have done it without having nannies left and right and millions of dollars!! So please!!!!!!

PEOPLE its self reported that it has sold sth btw 2/5 to 3 milion copies!way more than xtina baby cover and nicole etc! u hate her,ok right.but GET REAL bout numbers! and also OK! cover featuring JLO twin sold like hotcakes! she doesn't need the money, but she needs a hit song or movie to revive her career and clearly by marketing her babies, she hopes to achieve that. Her last album sold like what? 50000 copies to date? The Magazine of her posing with her babies sold like a million copies. So, Ms. Lopez, believes her babies are her new strategy to stardom again. And yes, people don't care about her anymore. Not for her work and not for her life as a mommy cos clearly she's unofficially selling her babies.

This just confirms what I've been thinking about JLo for a while. She tries to act like she wants to be private and 'has learned from her mistakes' of letting the camera into her personal life...remember Ben? She has fell off so hard that she's desperate to have this attention back. People couldn't get enough of her at one point now people really don't care much. I still never thought she would use the babies like this, I mean seriously she most likely doesn't need the money...
